Although the result wasn't what we wanted, you could tell Pressley wasn't in charge. No constant passing back or sideways, more attack minded. Still more than confident TM will get us out of this hole. Looking forward to the Bradford game and then the trip to CHesterfield next week.

Agreed I'm still concerned we can't seem to play for more than 30 minutes without looking fatigued though.

To be fair Vale are a hoof ball team.

fair play you won but your not better than us imo. We are in a shit position because if our mistakes not because of a gap in quality imo

Port Vale were better than us today you cannot say anything else - could we have got something out the game? Absolutely but they were better than us

That's a score prediction fgs, I could find an incorrect one that you posted on any thread. Really don't put much thought into them. Realistically speaking I thought we'd beat Vale, the 4-0 romp was a tad tongue in cheek.

Nothing wrong with being optimistic anyway, Port Vale and Doncaster are poor to average teams who we had every chance of beating going into the match. I'm sure I could find many posts with over the top pessimism on this forum before a match, MK Dons, Chesterfield, Fleetwood and Peterborough come to mind over the last month or so.

In fact there was a thread not long ago where people claimed we would struggle to get more than 1/2 points from a 5 game spell and we got 10.

I know there's nothing wrong with optimism. I am only teasing, but he does leave himself open. If we fail to get 3 point tomorrow, are those notts county fans no longer knowledgeable? I was only teasing.

This league is full of average teams, we are one of them which is why we're 2 points off relegation, therefore regardless of the 'statue' of a club, there are no easy games for us. With the except of bristol anyone can beat anyone, we are lucky to be away tomorrow as we've don't quite well on our travels and notts have similar home form as us. I'm hoping for 3 points, but it's going to be a tough old game.
