took him a while to find his feet on 1v1s

Kind of odd how every season for us recently follows the same format. Start shit, pick up a little bit but still have games where we're appalling. Then something happens that forces a change, in this case Wrights injury, and we improve.

If we could work out how to start a season well it would be nice.

Great play by EMC for the goal. He really is turning into the player that we hoped he would be now that he is getting a run of starts.

If he keeps this form up then I reckon that EMC is as good as Haji on the left. It’s a nice problem to have.

Playing EMC on the left and Haji in the middle is looking like the best choice when Haji is fit.

Shame about Norman’s miss but I would have settled for this before k.o.

We do need to capitalise on our early dominance though.
