Portsmouth are a poor side but we haven’t laid a glove on them second half. And with the way we have defended a Sunday league would have a chance beating us

Teams too short. Midfielders are too weak. Playing a single striker doesn't work. Wingers are ineffective and when they do cross there's noone in the box.... Fallbacks are weak but you can't do anything about it because there's no cover especially right back. Need half a team in January but I am sure the checkbook will be closed.

No point talking about Robins, he is gone and was a big part of building this squad mist are slating. Dont blame DA or FL, DA never put a gun to MR head to sign them and FL didnt sign any of them .

Its very obvious what the issue is and its playing out in front of us all. No leadership on or off the pitch within the group, 6 of the current squad are not good enough and confidence within is soft.. FL needs time but its no point talking about Robins he was definitely part of building this squad.

FL knew and all today has done is give him the ability to say who is not good enough and who isnt part of any of his plans going forward.

These are good players. The coaching has been off since it was changed early in the year. Robin's had problems with it and Vivash clearly had issues. You can see players are not sure of their roles. The Vivash/Robin's combination would have continued their good work and had us top six. Where did it go wrong since an FA Cup semi final with the same players? Lampard is not the answer but Doug King wanted to set the club up like a good salesman with huge improvements around the place, track suit wearing coaches and fitness guru's. The problem is you play on a footbal pitch and if you let the players think they just have to turn up then inevitably they are found wanting. Back to basics, with a good manager is what we need and lampard imo will never be it. If you are given a brilliant start after 4 minutes and then even missed easy chances to put the game out of sight then find yourself 4-1 down is a sign of a lack of control and basic coaching ability. Like so many great players they are hopeless coaches. Do we still have Robin's and Vivash's numbers? I see those 27k gates dropping like a stone now...great business King!

Apart from the new coaching setup was down to Robins rather than King.
