I'm in St Ives, Cornwall, so I see that very much as a positive.

Actually saw someone in a City top walking down by the harbour too, so I guess it's positive for him and his family as well.

I was in Vancouver last week with kids in various city attire and a chap shouted "come on city" - I replied with a shout of PUSB!
Wife then said I was a hooligan! 😃

There are lots of positives for sure. Our owners are C*nts but we are back in Cov for now and we do still have a fairly decent squad when they are all able to play. 43 games to go…..

Rose now has the chance to show he actually doe deserve some real interest from Leeds.

Walker may have the chance to recapture the form he showed at Lincoln, which made us sign him.

Moore might motivate us to look for a new goalkeeper.

I watched Rear Window on Sky Arts last night and enjoyed it so much that I also watched the Simpsons episode where Bart and Lisa get a pool today. It was good.

It's easy to focus on the negatives from August, but I'm actually feeling really good about the season ahead. We have played 3 games away from home, building no rhythm and missing key players, yet have scored 5 and fallen to narrow defeats thanks to avoidable mistakes. We're not exactly getting run off the park. We have lost key players in defence and midfield, our GK's had a nightmare start, and our wingbacks aren't performing. The only area that looks alright is up front, but there's a lack of service right now. Once we get a run of games, match fitness, and a fit squad, don't see any reason why we can't have a great season. Tomorrow will be very interesting.

Although the mood on and off the pitch is overall pretty negative at the moment, I'm still really looking forward to our first home game back tomorrow.
How I'll feel at the final whistle though, I'll have to get back to you...
