Is there one in walking distance ? I live in Norfolk, been down to the Ricoh probably 20 times but always been with my Uncle driving so tend to hang around by the ground. Coming down Saturday with a mate of mine for the Bury game, where's the best place to go for a beer before the game ? Sitting in Block 18, Row DD, decent ish seats ? Say hi if any of you see me I'll have McConnell 6 on my back :)

Cheers folks

Bull and Anchor is always decent. Friendly and a nice atmosphere :)

If it is sunny you can sit in the garden out the back.

I always used to go in the club opposite the ground on burbages lane but it has shut down now. Mustn't have ever made money other than matchdays!

I think the Gypsys next door have hijacked the car park as their own now!

Nick the rowleys shut down cus the old owners run the place into massive amount of debt. Do u go in the bull and anchor before or after the game?

Ahh I didn't realise. I couldn't see how it would make any money when it wasn't a match day though, especially after Burbages Lane was split into 2.

I usually go in sometimes both before and after.

I go to the Cherry Tree on Lythals Lane. Don't look the best from outside but it's a Good little place to go. Gets quite busy but does the job and parking for £3 can't go wrong.

The Wheatsheaf is decent as is the Buffs club.

I don't mind the Cherry Tree after the games from time to time.

Is the Coach & Horses still open?
