Nile Ranger is awful and has an awful attitude to go alongside this.
Is Raheem Sterling available or is he already on loan. Would do a cracking job for us.
I can't either, CS. However, I have to say that Jeffers just doesn't cut it for me.
Great so will be getting a player who has no 1st team experience. What about giving our own youngsters like Jeffers a chance.
Can anyone tell me in the last 3 years who weve had on loan who has been any good? I can't.
Henderson was decent but he left by March/April 2009 didn’t he? I was thinking since then to be honest.
Ward was useless from Bolton, Stead was ok but nothing special. Gardner well he was played out of position.
Last 2 seasons we’ve had nothing which have helped..
That's not fair, you said 3 years!! Ward was useless, you're right (not as useless as Lee Sawyer though!). But that's what you get with loans, some are good, some are bad. You've got to play the system, a lot of teams have done it. I'll give the player coming in a chance always.
In the last 3 years? Henderson, Van Aanholt, Cork wasn't bad and Stead started off well but faded. 1st 2 were very good though.
well assuming an announcement would have been made by now who ever it is isnt going to be playing the FA cup for us tomorrow. Had to be announced by 12 noon i believe
Registered, not neccesarily announced.
Yes Sean Jeffers.
Sears was another who was dire.
My point is, we bring in other teams youngsters who usually fail yet if were going to play youngsters then use our own.
Well, we kind of have been using our own. I know what you're saying but the one's that aren't being used are either a) not good enough or b) really not ready. Any loan signing coming in that is a youngster must be further along in their development than our's that aren't getting in - that's the only thing I can think of. Also, we can't afford more experienced players!!
True, would love to see some experience come in but i know its very doubtful... just feel we need someone special too make much difference and with our budegt we will find it? Otherwise we'd be signing someone for the sake of it... (Cough cough) cody McDonald
so, you sign your "Number one target" and finally get some money for a loan, and what do you do, loan someone in your number one targets position
now, I might be wrong, but i dont think he was the number 1 target !
get me ?
Thorn says there is a premier league loan signing coming in from one of the top clubs.
Described as a up and coming striker?
Macheda?
so are u another wum or completely clueless on football, the same macheda who played for qpr last week, the same macheda who is on a reported 30k at united and qpr are paying half his wages, the same macheda who turned down a loan back to serie a in order to stay in the prem , sometimes i wonder why i bother
No, I think that's rubbish, to be honest. It's January, chances are we would have got someone in boycott or not. And if it were the case then they would have made sure they got someone in for tomorrow.
As for the boycott. I really don't think SISU give a flying F what some fans do or think. Why should they? They never have before.
Raheem Sterling would fit in well in Coventry with the amount of teen mums you see around town. Lock up your daughters.
