Forest take the lead at Southampton. Odds on Jones swapping divisions with his old team?
They have been threatening relegation for a few years now, I don't think many could keep them up.

Also, Everton are double fucked. They're genuinely one of the worst teams in the league, there are also a few teams down there you'd expect to put a run together and pull away.

As it stands the bottom 3 is now

West Ham
Everton
Southampton

Some ridiculous OP for the Championship

Yep, for me two of them are nailed on.

West Ham should be able to get out of this but they have been really, really poor this season. I think Bournemouth will eventually pip them to being more worse.

West Ham really should be nowhere near trouble. No idea what's gone so wrong for them this season as it seemed Moyes had really got something good going

Yea it's weird. On paper they're actually better this year squad wise, I think Rice has been below his normal level this year. Maybe that has something to do with it because they've been a tough team to beat recently, now they're kinda meh.

Everton stink of us 20 odd years ago

Did well for the odd season, then spunk money on shite, gradually flirt with relegation one season too long all whilst building a swanky new stadium that will fuck them up

Genuinely don't see the need for all the "big" clubs changing grounds. Is the extra 10/20k attendance per match day worth losing your clubs identity for a fraction of international TV/shirt sales that these Prem clubs generate?

Ball in play for 51mins total 😔
They said on the radio today that it was actually 43 minutes which explains why I found the game so annoying to watch.

It was like us vs Brum at home last year where they were wasting time from minute 1. I have no idea how the referee can't see it for what it is and stamp it out

My boy said that the FFP rules are changing in 2025, so Chelsea are signing youngsters on long contracts now to circumvent that 🤔
How does that work, does it spread the value over the length of the contract?

If so a good idea on paper but in practice aren't they going to end up potentially with a load of dross on big contracts that they can't shift?
