Anyone else annoyed with all the rhetoric is Chelsea’s spending all that money and losing to liverpools kids? Fucking nonsense.
The non academy players for Liverpool yesterday that played…. Totalled nearly 300m on initial fees alone. Yes they had a load out injured but hardly scraping a team together.

Regardless Chelsea should have won that final easily and they were an embarrassment

I agree. But I don’t like how it’s like an underdog story David vs Goliath financially. Chelsea have no cutting edge up front. Liverpools goal scorer cost them 75m.

Diaz will have cost close to 60m I would have thought.

It's awful isn't it. No idea why the Liverpool goal was disallowed, and the Chelsea one was about half a milimetre offside as well, so hardly worth fussing about!
Because Endo was offside and then blocked off Colwill who was running back into the space the Virgil ended up to make the header.

Mike Dean did explain this.

Let's be honest a punishment of 6 points deducted for 9 breaches of the rules is pathetic and hardly likely to act as a deterrent for further breaches.

That said, isn't there a second investigation into Everton ongoing?

Yup and I suspect they'll get another -6, as will Forest.

It's also the fact that not all the charges relate to the financial breaches themselves, they include accusations of lying and covering up the lies etc. Harder to prove and, similar to FPs point, it has wider consequences. Not a good look politically when one of the biggest brands this country has every produced is actively accusing a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family of being a liar and a cheat.

8 minutes added time in the Liverpool Forest game, Liverpool score in the 99th minute, then the final whistle came in the 101st minute.

In an alternate universe we’re playing Villa at the CBS right now (hopefully not 2-0 down)
