It's not the playing style that's the issue. They should have kept him perhaps as the managerial and style change shows that it's more to do with squad building.

So yes be more than happy to see cov try to play it on the ground in premier league rather than be like Luton and still go down.

Dunno. I just think they played some good stuff under him. Moreso in championship obviously but I respect him for trying it in prem.

I just don't get into the whole negativity of putting everyone down all the time. Look at the dumbass comments on here about Burnley on this forum last few days for example. Sometimes you just have to say fair play when others do things well and it works.

Funnily enough, I don’t respect him for the precise reason of dogmatically sticking to a playing style that saw them get routinely taken apart by better teams.
