Print at home tickets (1 Viewer)

Can anyone confirm the situation with the "Print at home" Etickets? Whenever i have got one previously i have assumed that they have to be printed out but the instructions aren't particularly clear - are you able to just show it on your phone at the turnstiles or do you have to print a physical ticket? The email go's from saying:

**YOU MUST PRINT YOUR TICKETS BEFORE YOU CAN ATTEND THE GAME**

Some have claimed they used just their phone, I’ve always printed them. Not sure.

I've used them on my phone for Wolves friendly and Forest match. I had a similar question to you and emailed the club and they confirmed you can use you phone. You have to zoom in on the barcode so it fills your screen and keep your phone brightness up so that it'll scan properly on the turnstile
