My ticket is for block Y6 which is the top tier, furthest block on the right… it says on the info ‘may not see goal line’. I was right in the middle last time, and didn’t see the goal line then either.

Looking forward to 90 minutes of pillar.

Considering the wealth in that neighbourhood, the ground really is an unbelievable shithole. The away end concourse genuinely gives me the heebie-jeebies from a safety point of view.
Yeah went there last season that concourse is awful. Definitely doesn’t look safe enough.

Fucking trains are a nightmare.... 3 QPR tickets we probably cant use now.

Don't think they do replacement buses on strike days - anyone know?

Isn't there an outlying tube station that people use to park at? Then go into London on the underground

There are plenty. But the point of the train is not having to drive at all.

Yes, I get that. No choice though, is there.

Unions have to give 2 week notice for a strike so always wait until you’re within that before buying tickets.

I nearly got them yesterday, but thought I'd wait closer to payday, glad I did now.

I think Amersham could be a goer.

It may not be a full strike, some trains may well still run, wait until the dets come out
The dets are out and it’s a full strike.

Yesterday, I went with my lady to central London, parking at Epping where there is a big car park (all day was £6) and caught a seriously delayed Central Line train having to change at Leytonstone. That next train took us to our destination of Tottenham Court Road. Packed in like sardines most of the journey before and after our show. All due to driver shortages apparently.
Alternative station is at Queensbury and park on the street.
Bear in mind if there is a total rail strike, it may include the tube drivers too. Also there may be many, many others also driving to London and doing the drive/tube thing.

Get the Mrs to drive to Westfield and park there. Only a 10 minute walk from Westfields.
She can have an afternoon shopping while you enjoy the match. Probably cost you hundreds but she will enjoy the day out.

Check if your car is ULEZ compliant, if it is, you’re laughing!

I’m taking the missus to Westfield and the game so hopefully I save hundreds from a shopping spree!

Ours is ULEZ compliant, but what about the congestion charge?

There last season two rows from front. Stood throughout and view was fine.
Easy enough to sit if you need a rest.
