Two defenders (ish) came to blows in the changing room apparently, one new signing and another an existing player.
think I can have a good guess at who that maybe. need to sort themselves out and think about the whole squad

That's hardly surprising judging by the way they fucked 2 points away. Wilson looked the most pissed off and Thomas was the most at fault so might guess there.

Then your an utter idiot for thinking there are any ‘easy’ fixtures

Cardiff on the highest of highs after winning their derby, Hudds on a new manager bounce

Anyone who thinks they are ‘easy’ fixtures (or that there are any in the championship) could probably fit all they know about football written down on the back of a postage stamp
Cardiff looked average
Huddersfield looked poor
QPR managed by that tramp Ainsworth somehow in 7th

Why is it that we're the only ones getting punished for playing crap?

There's having a disagreement and there's coming to blows.
Well if people on here were to be believed, Godden and Gyok couldn’t stand the sight of eachother and at some point last season had to be separated

It’s a changing room of 20+ blokes in a professional sports environment, I bet there’s fisty cuffs every other week ffs

3-0 QPR

Id like to see:

Collins
Lats Thomas Binks Dasilva
Eccles Kelly Ayari
Saka Simms Wright

We will see:

Wilson
Thomas Fadz Binks
Sakamoto Eccles Kelly Dasilva
Ayari
Simms Godden
That’s so bang on, exactly my thoughts (apart from I’d give Wilson another game as he made some decent saves tbf).

More than anything I fucking wish we’d either drop 5 at the back completely or go back to the box. I’m utterly convinced this shitty formation doesn’t suit our team well at all.

Simms and Wright have been so unbelievably quiet for strikers that have scored numerous for their previous teams that I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden they’ve lost all ability, don’t get me wrong it certainly looks that way but I just can’t believe that’s actually what’s happened. I think they just don’t suit the way we’re playing, this tippy tappy possession shit that gets us nowhere. The strikers are always faced with at least 2 defenders to dribble round and I’m just not convinced that’s what Simms and Wright excel at.

It definitely kicked off in the changing room afterwards.... got this from a very reliable source.

I should fucking hope so after that last minute shit show.
Now time to kiss and make up and take the fight on to the pitch Saturday.

'What they excel at' is a good question.
It isn't in the air because we have quite a lot of corners and I forget they exist because they pose zero threat.
Goalhanging and sniffing out goals? Nah that's Godden, they dont really seem hungry to get in the box at all.
It seems to be about strength and a short range surge to the edge of the box. Maybe a long range shot.
If they can hold the ball up better or slide a pass in to Godden or like that would be helpful. Even better surge into the box themselves.
Ps. Simms seems to have a lot more potential. Wright just gets himself in a cul de sac and loses the ball.

Let's get behind them Saturday. 3000 behind the goal boozed up.

It was only a few months back when we were at QPR and the connection between fans and players was special.

Someone will have to a guesstimate thread on players wages.
I should imagine some of the old squad must be very unhappy what the new boys are rumoured to be on... given they really aren't that good....

Its not that

More players telling each other to sort their shit out and coming to blows in response

Yeah I think you’ve summed it up well tbf and the examples you’ve given of what Wright is perhaps good at is exactly why I think he’d be better on the wing in a 433 formation.
He can’t finish and doesn’t goal hang well but he has got a burst of pace, he can hold up the ball okay and he’s got a decent cross in him sometimes - I remember him laying off the ball to Godden pretty well a few times.
With the current lack of options I think we’d be better going to a 433 and using Wright and Saka on the wings more, they’re both wasted in their current positions.

It isn’t definitively a must win but it’s morally a must win, just for the fans and team morale in general we really need to show we’ve turned a corner. Personally I think that can only come from a big change in ideas from Robins, it just isn’t working atm.
