What an utter disgrace and waste of resources in destroying a talented surgeons mental health/health and career ,whilst some suit in a position of power on £250k per an disappears off into the sunset to reap the same and potentially inflict more of the same .

Utter shame and extremely worrying that shit like this can happen.

Thats what they tried to pin on him Nick ,after he exposed mortality risks associated with squeezing 5 beds ,where there were meant to be 4.

Its been so dragged out Nick that we've had 2-3 CEO's @ UHC since the outset .The one who was Implicit disappeared to the states and many dollars.

There have been instructions from various bodies for his re-instatement going back 5-6 yrs ,proving fruitless and problematic when he attempted to return .
An excellent career from a guy at the top of his game destroyed .
Costing conservatively several millions .

I may be wrong but I don't recall any local politicians ever commenting on this situation, which is suprising given how long it has been going on for.

Agree that his career has been ruined by these events, and that just seems cruel.
