They have huge fan bases but are no longer huge clubs.
Commercially and infrastructure wise they are more like Championship clubs.
if they were dropped into the Premier league next season they would almost certainly get relegated.
Leicester, Leeds / Saints would almost certainly finish higher than them both. If they could find away to stay in the league for 4 or 5 years they would become much more competitive but they are more likely to end up in the championship in that period.
Yeh I think ultimately their main problem is attracting players to the league they play in.Celtic have got a turnover of £119m without PL money and some of the additional sponsorship / commercial income it attracts. They would be top 5 commercially in the PL with PL money and way ahead of any Championship club minus parachute payments.

Do you think he’s the back up right winger? On this new boy and the moaning, personally I'd be happy if the club pull off 4 or 5 signings like this. Just 2 of them come off and you're laughing. Also improves the quality of our 23s assuming they get some playing time there, which is much needed for the very small handful of decent 23s we do have.

Kinda backup backup would be my guess. I'd think they'd stick EMC out on the right if needed first but if he's already on the pitch on the left then we could well see Rodrigues coming on already. Not sure tbh but I guess that's around where he'd be considered atm.Do you think he’s the back up right winger?
Or is he third choice in numerous positions across the front?
develop Raphael and then sign another loan there imo
They would not even be in the top 10 and light years behind the top 6.Celtic have got a turnover of £119m without PL money and some of the additional sponsorship / commercial income it attracts. Silly talk .... Celtic would be massive, and attract new money into the club whether it's American or Arab money , who knows ?? ...They would not even be in the top 10 and light years behind the top 6.
Leicester had revenue of £280m in their last year in the Premier League.
Celtics commercial revenue is the 20th highest in European footballThey would not even be in the top 10 and light years behind the top 6.

Would you know any different?Who's pissed in your can of fosters...
To be fair that's just the commercial side
Man City and Liverpool both have revenues of over €700m. This isn’t the right comparator data.
I read it somewhere, can't recall, don't know if it's definitely happening.
With my tongue firmly stuffed into my cheek I just went for itHow long did you chew over that?

You’d be right up there for dribblingExactly…
Average/below average in almost every attacking statistic outside of dribbling.
Surely actually being able to interpret stats rather than just assuming numbers = good says the oppositeYou’d be right up there for dribbling
