It's like we've gone back 500 years in time isn't it.Absolute backward fuck wits ! Sickening morons ! I hope someone offers her refuge pronto.
This NW's point clearly is though that you can't paint everyone with the same brush.
There are so many peace loving Muslims out there.
The ones we are talking about is this instance though are a very scary and hateful bunch indeed and the thinking here is mediaeval at best.
But I am talking world wide in terms of Muslims, not just Pakistan.
Obviously a massive, massive problem in countries such as Pakistan.
As you say, a third in this country think it's acceptable. That means two thirds don't.
I bet in Pakistan that proportion is at very least totally reversed.
Agree. There is a massive, massive problem in countries such as Pakistan and their backward thinking. You can pretty much paint the Pakistan approach with the same brush and that needs to be acknowledged and particular here in terms of grooming gang philosophy
The hand ringing liberal do gooders do more harm than good in that example
Agree. There is a massive, massive problem in countries such as Pakistan and their backward thinking.
I am not an apologist at all, patsy.Your missing the point completely Otis, and, right now starting to sound like a bit of an apologist.
A THIRD of British Muslims accept violence against people who mock Mohammed. All you think is "well, 2/3 don't so all good in the world"!
1 person with that view is 1 person too many!
The problem with most racial tension is the apologists. People that won't accept any form of wrong doing and will always try and find good in a bad situation. But it only ever works towards the Muslim community, everyone can be offended but please don't offend the Muslims.
2 examples,
1) A baker in N.Ireland refuses to bake a gay cake because of his religious views and the whole country is in uproar! "How dare he have beliefs and stand by them!? Let name and shame the company and boycott it until he loses everything! It's disgusting he has a belief"!
2) 12 people die and 11 injured in an attack in France at Charlie Hebdo. People say "well.... they shouldn't really be drawing cartoons about islam"!?
The baker harmed nobody really. Maybe upset the guy who asked for the cake but nobody was killed or injured but he got (unwarranted) dogs abuse.
You keep repeating that only half want this so half don't etc.
3 scenarios. Would you ever use that same apologetic excuse for any of the following? If not, then why is it acceptable for what you have used it for?
1) 1940, the SS and murdering Jews and pillaging every town and city possible. But it's only a handful of German people. The majority (60%) of Germans are law abiding, nice people. So it's fine. Let them carry on.
2) Ricoh arena, 3 men sat in front of you are giving Hiwula dogs abuse for being black. But it's only 3 people or of 12000 or so. The vast majority of the fans here are fine, so, all's good in the world. Carry on as normal.
3) The EDL have a bit of a rise in popularity and 50 or so don white hoods and have a bit of a free for all. Beating up minorities in the street and putting their windows through etc. But....... the majority of white people you know don't act like that. Most white people are tolerant these days, this is only a handful of idiots. Ignore them and they'll go away eventually.
Would you use those excuses for these scenarios like you have the Muslim ones?

Agree there is a problem here and I really don't want people like that in our country, I really don't.I’m talking about the uk
I am not an apologist at all, patsy.
I hate all religion and have a particular dislike for Islam and its backwards thinking.
I am against Sharia law and the veil and the burkha and jihad and all the other crap.
I don't think I am missing the point. I am saying Britain isn't the same as Pakistan and that we can't label all Muslims the same.
Oh and I am all for the cartoons of Mohammed. They definitely should be allowed and long may they continue
But your sounding very much the appologist.I am not an apologist at all, patsy.

Apologising for the behaviour of 1/3 of people just because 2/3 don't think like that. I get they don't ALL think like but some do! And they need bringing to task. Not ignoring.
Like I say, would you apologise for Hitler because most Germans/Austrians are nice People?

Needs correcting slightly. This is the sort of ignorance in the religion.
No he means what he says, a Jinn is an invisible supernatural creature not a man, they are specifically distinct in the Koran.Needs correcting slightly.
'Women who don't correctly wear the hijab and properly cover themselves can attract demons (other men) and get possessed (by other men)
When do they celebrate the Festival of Pixies and Fairies? No he means what he says, a Jinn is an invisible supernatural creature not a man, they are specifically distinct in the Koran.
Jinn - Wikipedia
Of course it is all bollocks but genuinely believed by these guys.
I agree, though am really onboard with that idea of the cupboard. It's all just bollocks masquerading as religion and used as a means to keep women down and give the men massive power trips.
Imagine telling your wife / partner to go and sit in a cupboard when a man enters the house and to cover her up from head to toe so other men can't see her? That sort of behaviour might be explained away as religious necessity but it's really just good old fashioned misogyny.
I agree, though am really onboard with that idea of the cupboard.
Thanks for the tip.
Agree. I hate the very concept of faith schools.I remember when Satanic Verses came out and there was book burning in the streets of Bradford and a death threats to Rushdie. I thought this was so alien to the British way of life (I bought the book as a protest) and I expected the establishment to back up British enlightened views. But no, I remember especially the church siding with the book burners, saying we shouldn't offend those of faith. I got the impression that the Christian church was jealous of the power Islam had over its followers largely lost in secular Britain. (You could probably argue that Islam is just a plagiarised version of Christianity anyway). Tolerance was seen as a weakness by those fundamentalists.
And so it started......and so it continues. Only education can stop it but we've made that more difficult with faith schools.

They are fucking not British people !! Not even close FFS !!Now it's you who is missing the point.
All I am saying (and nothing else) is that you can't paint all Muslims with the same brush.
I never, ever said it is okay that a 1/3 of the Muslims in the UK feel the same way.
You are completely misreading my posts unfortunately.
You won't find anyone who dislikes religion more that me and as I say, I hate the backwards thinking of Islam and do so with a passion.
I hate the fact that we have Biritish people here with that kind of philosophy and thinking.
Never, ever said it wasn't a problem.
Technically they are though aren't they if they were born here and lived lived here for decades. They are fucking not British people !! Not even close FFS !!
Blair is an utter c**t and massive enemy of the UK and decent people. Money grabbing wankers for a family. Masqueraded as Socialists but actually greedy money grabbers, disgusting ! Cherie Blair's human rights shite was a business.
Meanwhile the left leaning secret service are now deciding right wing extremism is the biggest danger on our shores based off the murder of Joe Cox
You couldn’t make it up
To be fair though, there haven't been many Leicester based terrorists of yet I don't think.Nobody really wants to talk about the inbreeding issue and how regressive it is. It's no wonder they're too dim to see reason.
Inbreeding in Islam: Over 70% Of Muslims Are The Product of Incest — Steemit
WOW.......I am shocked ............Thought it would be higher than that..Nobody really wants to talk about the inbreeding issue and how regressive it is. It's no wonder they're too dim to see reason.
Inbreeding in Islam: Over 70% Of Muslims Are The Product of Incest — Steemit
As they aren't the cleverest either, these Muslim types , they would probably say it's well over 100%.WOW.......I am shocked ............Thought it would be higher than that..
I like Grendel. ..Says what he thinks and doesn't cry like a baby when others don't approve what he says.....Unlike some...
Give her asylum. It's the right thing to do.I amazed that the UK government hasn't already given this woman asylum, I think they might be more worried that doing so may offend some people, don't you think.
