As the only player we paid a transfer fee for in the past 12 months was McDonald, and we haven't been late paying player wages, I doubt we owe much to football creditors. If Fisher is right when he says that SISU are having the club's deficits funded by ARVO, then the debt to ARVO will be growing at a steep rate and increases their stranglehold on the club's assets.

anyone buying the club would need to settle the football creditors, reach agreement with secured creditors, and then propose a CVA that was agreed by 75% of the unsecured creditors - what that would cost I do not know but certainly SISU will have a big influence on it

- that SISU have been thwarted in their quest for the shares and have a plan B where there are even more cuts to have the club live entirely and only within its means - in which case the budget and accounts signed off on that basis and the basis that SISU will not call the existing loans in. It would also imply that a deal done on the rent or the original deal stands to be able to sign off the financials

I'm pretty sure that is policy already !!!
