Thats what SISU said. Are you really gonna believe something SISU said? They're nothing but liars and hypocrits and anyone who listens to SISU is a twit
So in all fairness we still aren't sure if we should compare the current figure £1.2m to £400k or £800k?
Maybe the Trust can get the answer from the club?
I am thinking too simplistic about this, if you include match day costs then you have to include match day revenue streams from sponsors television and tickets.
Also consider that all of this is down as SISU ran their business badly over the last 5 years particularly last year.
Surely if SISU are having to throw in other figures to cloud the issue then 400k is a reasonable offer.
Otherwise they would just be able to say it is not a reasonable offer.

I think both parties are clouding the issue by using incomparable figures.
And if the figures aren't comparable we cannot really say if any offer is reasonable or not.

As far as im concerned, i dont care about the ins and outs of the deal. ACL and SISU can bitch about eachother all they want. Aslong as they sort out a deal i dont care

Why? Surely it's like when I rented my wedding venue. I didn't pay staff or utilities or anything like that, I just paid the rent for the day to cover that.
The venue has no claim on anything I do in that venue (eg sell food or charge for car parking).
Surely any rent should include match day costs otherwise its just free money for ACL.
Also, although I see the accusation of Sisu running the club badly, I never see the justification. We've been in decline for a decade before they came along. Seems to me it's only Sisu that put a stop to the rot. The decisions haven't been fun and we can argue about the proper way to do things. Hit nothing point to incompetence from Sisu over the 5 years. The only person I'd happily apply that label to is KD. The others seem to have been doing what needs to be done in a fairly decent manner.
Sorry if this comes across as confrontational, I genuinely want to know how specifically has the club "badly run" in the last five years. And more to the point what a "well run" club would have done differently. Seems that a lot of people don't like fairly reasonable business decisions but that's not the same thing as incompetence.

More relevant than hiring a room for the day, When you rent a place of work over a year, do pay the costs or does rent include the bills?
