Well to be fair to ACL upto now they could hardly openly talk of any alternative plans, but it would be very strange if they hadn't prepared any contingency. For weeks or even months, Fisher has repeatedly said, 'this ship has sailed', 'we have moved on', 'we won't ever return to the Ricoh..' Now this threat will turn into a grim reality from Sunday, I would hope ACL will move quickly to fill the vacuum. The Higgs Trust has repeatedly said it wants to sell its half share, if a deal can be done with an interested partner, who can help solve the stadium usage problem, then they should get it done. SISU's bluff will have been called, and they would finally have to face the actual stark reality, of building a new stadium.
