Which tenants have they told to repaint their buildings?
I would hope the council aren’t giving out 250 year leases on buildings and retaining responsibility for maintenance. That would be madness.

It's hard to tell really, they need to pass a football along the floor to get a true idea.

I would guess its not be laid that long. otherwise you would not risk damaging it

There’s a difference between retaining responsibility for maintenance and demanding their buildings are all freshly painted isn’t there? OP said on all other leaseholds the council demand painting, I just asked for proof.

They are probably trying to arrange paint paint sponsorship with Dulux so they don’t have to buy any.

The ground was rushed and poorly finished and it was showing when we last played there another year on and little work done it won’t be improving, when it was built up wonder how long they thought it’s useable life was I would imagine how it could be under 50 years.
