Be a lot of potential applicants not wanting to work in the championship or premier league then…Apparently we're not looking for a manager, we're after a head coach, to work within Doug King's coaching set up.
I'm wondering if that might put some potential applicants off.
Becuase on the pitch decisions are on the manager. Always have done.
ultimately it should be the players - but we’re not going to dispense of 40m worth of players are we.

They will if need be - i don’t actually think the signings have been bad. Generally I think these players are good players. But something isn’t happening - whether Robins has lost the dressing room I don’t know we’ll soon find out. I’m convinced simms will be magically fit on SaturdayBut we won’t sack the scouting team either?
As I say if something’s been working for seven years and you change almost all of it, why would the first place you look be the bit you haven’t changed and not all the new stuff?

I like to think given the difficulty of our next few fixtures, our fans will accept a few losses if they can see things changing.
