Who do people want as the Robins replacement?

I brought these names up a few weeks ago as good options:

Wilfried Nancy - Columbus
Henrik Rydstrom - Malmo
Christian Eichner - Karlsruher

All fairly young. All like to attack. Top two have won titles. Also think Carsley is a decent shout. He had the England U21s playing some incredible football at the recent Euros.

Is there anyone out there that is available, would come here, is better than what we had and happy to work with the existing setup?

I want someone European, 35-45 years old and I've never heard of them before and they silently bring a robust attacking style. (E.g. Rohl, the Bournemouth and Brighton head coaches).

My nervousness lays with the wording in the statement on Robins. That person coming in will need to fit into an existing structure of personnel I assume, there may not be scope for them to bring their own people on board which is important to a few candidates out there (look at Anorim and him bringing his lot to United)

Fell it is likely to be either someone managing in Europe or someone from a big club who isn't the number 1 but is looking for their break.

The talk of working to the new system makes me feel they'll want a "tactician" type manager rather than an old school motivator
