What I don’t get and I know I haven’t been the best positivity, but we won two games after scoring three goals and were three unbeaten.

Why now, seems so odd if we haven’t got someone lined up
I suspect we do have targets lined up and the plan will be to appoint them ASAP after the Sunderland game.

We've always been assured that top quality managers would be applying. They'll only be applying if they're out of work. Enter Andy Thorn and Russell Slade.
We are a lot more attractive than we were then, also non uk coaches will look at us as a way of getting in to English football.

There are top coaches in euro leagues smaller than ours

Not a fucking kids coach or lower league manager.

You can’t sack Robins cos “elite” “professional” “modern” then bring in the fucking Barnet manager FFS.
You could of the Barnet manager players modern brand of football and could go on to become elite though

Out of all the options listed here, I’d take Carsley.
As much as I don’t think Frank is quite as bad as everyone is saying, I’d walk out into oncoming traffic if he ends up as manager.
Not for me. I'd go continental not sentimental.

If we had won last night I think King would have let the clock run bit longer even though our league form back from last season has been poor. He's not daft he knows how much the fans loved Robins and I don't think he would have taken the decision lightly. I do though as contingency think they may have been looking at alternatives for some time and it was the manner in way the we played and lost again that finished Robins.. Being blunt, yes we won against Luton ..after going 2 down and there was a fair portion of the game on Saturday where we looked second best against 10 men.
Only time will tell if a new manager can turn it around but being honest I think Robins was running out of time and the form stats don't lie.

Look I haven’t backed as much as others but we are fourth in the form table. And while we had ten against Boro, that was due to our play and don’t think it detracts from the performance.

Just seems like his mind was made up against QPR and then didn’t have the loss to push him and waited until he had ond

Lee Fucking Carsley, another kids coach who failed as soon as he got to the coal face. Brilliant. May as well save the cash and keep Carr.
He has done really well with the England U21s tbf. Wouldn’t of been my pick but think we could do much worse

They're about the same, stop trying to pretend Lampard is in anyway a good manager. it's more weird than pretending block 11 is better than the corner.

Pure weirdo behaviour

Coaching kids with zero pressure is nothing like a proper management job.
Again understand but it’s still experience working with Young squads and developing players and winning trophies.

Make no mistake I don’t think he’s the best choice but he’s the best imo for us on that list apart from maybe Ruben at Reading

Part of me is definitely thinking the thread title should probably be "Right, who's the manager after the next manager then?"

I think we may end up going through a stack of managers all over again.

Yep. No experience of Club football. I hope he's nowhere near being appointed here.

Why? We kept the last one 7 years. If they are good why would we sack them after a few months
