Robbie Keane isn’t employed he left Tel Aviv after one season having won a cup.
Lee Carsley for me won’t last if appointed, his experience is working with U21s and to be fair Englands youth setup is blessed with hugely talented kids. He doesn’t have the experience of managing adults and hasn’t been great as interim (I know only a couple of games) for England.
Lampard for me isn’t ideal either but he did have a great season at Derby albeit ending in failure and a great go at Chelsea first time round.
Ruud VN has done well at UTD and did well at PSV, seems passionate and to really love the game. He is young and good be a show stopper but I feel is out of our reach.
Matt Bloomfield is young but has had a good almost half season so far so jury is still out.

Ideally you would have thought that DK would have already had some kind of plan given the international break and it would have given the new manager a couple of weeks to work with the players. Seems to be winging it.

Because he needs a rest to avoid injury?
Is the sarcasm necessary? He won't leave in the middle of a title race, he'd have a break after the season is finished, potentially celebrating a title win. I'll let him know Shmmeee says he can't have a day off and must fly straight here on the final whistle

Work in the betting industry and have priced these type of markets in the past, these markets aren't worth referencing as a source of information because:

Max stake and max win will be capped at tiny amounts so the bookmaker doesn't get caught out out by insider information
Prices will be automatically cut when small amounts are bet as there are at best a handful of books offering the market to reliably compare prices.
Because the turnover is so low, very little time is spent researching the market and that's why you see the same usual names alongside ones mentioned in the press.

Cov fans havce managed to talk RvN into being priced, some have clearly bet on him and now his price has shortened lol.

If it’s Lampard why isn’t he in place already to work this lot, I thought when king said it may take until after international break that Carsley is his choice.
If so though, could still have him appointed but just confirm that he will take the role once the international break is complete.

Or just we are letting carsley crack on either way and then waiting for him (which if Doug thinks he’s the right choice, good as would rather us wait then rush in).

Does anyone know if he’s even applied?

When you look at the top 3 with the bookies
Doesn't matter wether you rate them

1. Former chelsea champions league manager
2. England interim manager
3. PSV - Man united manager

Makes you realise you are no longer a wanky little fish in a big pond anymore ..
Just saw someone say that on Twitter, it’s so true. Far away from where we used to be

I remember a time when Paolo do Canio was available and thinking I’d love to have him as our manager.

Sparks actually gets some good bits sometimes, also trolls occasionally so hard to tell. @Ccfcisparks what you sayin?
I’m not going to lie mate I was gonna put another post saying

“he’s got interest from me”

but I forgot to post it as I heard the microwave ding for my lunch.

I do hope there is interest though. Appeals to me more than most of the names
