Robins had zero clue (1 Viewer)

Fuck the players who want to play upfront - they're not in charge - they should play where they've been told to play
To be fair, It snot just the player. I don’t think BTA is best on the wing. If we didn’t move to a two up top would prefer Milan there with Joel on the right back position.

So whose fault is it and how is it fixed ?

Like I said, it’s a bit of both, the players are professional athletes so should have the ability to give a good account of themselves with a few days rest, yet at the same time maybe making a couple of changes with the team sheet would have freshened things up a bit.

Mark Robins has had a supremely successful time in his tenure here and it just may the case that things don't go up in a straight line forever.
Every walk of life experiences dips at some time and I truly hope that he will come out of this on top. If we ever get to the Premiership I would love it to be under his stuwardship.

He's moaning about players taking the easy options 🤣

Says the bloke who makes defensive changes when losing

With Leeds pressing aggressively we needed someone to do something a little bit different rather than take the easy option.
The problem is I'm not sure we've got players who've got that in their locker. And you can't expect people to do something they're not capable of.

Agree about the changes.

Not sure what to say really. We are just not good enough. The players we have are not good enough. L1 , that’s where they come from at a price £££ . False economy at it worst. Today was as bad as it gets . Hate to say this again but we miss Adi V . We are doomed 🤦‍♂️

Robins still has a lot of leeway for me personally. It's not working at the moment and it does feel different to previous slow starts. But he deserves the time to get things right. At a minimum he will be given the next two home games.
Crikey I was thinking until we are mathematically going down in Feb

Same here, what can you do when the players aren’t doing what you want them to, just listened to his interview today, he’s just as frustrated as we are, reckons too much pressure on them ? did it in the spurs game, If they can’t handle it and turn this around, its never the players get sacked ?

He got it wrong today but I don’t think he’s in danger. Starting 11 was terribly naive selection. He needs to start with the spine which whenever possible should be Dovin, Thomas, Kitching, Eccles, Sheaf and Simms.

🤔 hmm…. well that went well didn’t it

Dovin didn’t play but Wilson was arguably one of our best players today, the rest were dogshit, other than perhaps Thomas was average to poor

Yeah but he said the same last game.

Weird how he keeps changing the players and they still "don't listen".

as bad as we have been we won’t be anywhere near the bottom by the end of the season, surely robins is allowed one bad season ? He’s got a bit in the bank
Can't see it really player's value to consider,of course it maybe improved if a fresh face comes in but may not as well !
Once a club is poisoned by players who want out there's only one way it's going for me,if there's any truth in the rumours of course!

It feels different because there were mitigating circumstances for all the previous slow starts. I’m struggling to find excuses this time round.

I can't believe people are happy with this crap start and want to give Robins time to turn it around. Results have not been good enough for the last 6 months. Negative tactics, subs, doesn't know his strongest team, lost the dressing room? etc.
Sentimental? Thanks for the last 7 years, but this is a results game, not what's he's done in the past.
Sir Alex Ferguson, Brian Clough, 2 great managers, who brought success to their clubs, but stayed in their jobs far too long, due to Sentimental reasons
