Does it? I’d be shocked if he joins anywhere higher than a mid table championship club. Hull were in/near the playoffs not too long ago

Well, that's what I mean really. Robins has had experience of poor owners, so why would he jump back into the fire again?I think hull are a good club , a very good club these days .. the problem is their owner might not give robins time to make his mark

He has only succeeded under adversity - thats why - when given tools to achieve and with expectation he fails

Why are fans completely making things up
Last season wasn't a failure ? Why are fans completely making things up
I'd worry more about the delusion that he's going to stroll in at a Top Championship club.
Which is what I said earlier. It's weird. People saying that WE'RE still going on about Robins. The hypocrisy on here is pretty breathtaking.Last season wasn't a failure ? Why are fans completely making things up
Without my dad I wouldn't be bornWithout a win against Wolves and an unexpected comeback against Man U it was a failure as it was going backwards in the league
A penalty kick away from the PL and a poor VAR decision away from an FA Cup final?

Oh OK. So without the stuff that WASN'T a failure, it WAS a failure. Gotcha. "Unexpected comeback". LOL.
Well there has to be a top championship job available in the first place doesn't there ? Most teams at the top don't sack their managersLets see who offers him a job shall we?

grendel is just pumping out the lies now, and I don’t know why- he got what he wanted, Robins is gone

The goal for the season was to challenge for the playoffs and we finished nine points short - it was obviously a failureWithout my dad I wouldn't be born
9th and a cup semi final is a successful season
Let’s see who offers him a job shall we?

The cup run was great fun, but it was a literal sideshow and highly unlikely to be repeated given how favourable the draw was
Will always be weird to me that some didn't like the bloke but whatever
Maybe they just loved the struggle more
If he was only offered a job by Fleetwood Town that would not change one single thing about what he achieved with us.
Hull finished 7th last season they're a good clubThe discussion was about if he would or should go to a club better than Hull.
Yet again you jump in on about unrelated nonsense.
I think if you’re a club with realistic promotion chances there are probably managers with better CVs at that level you’d go to before Robins. Why would it shock you ? He's Achieved more in the last 7 years than almost every manager in the EFL
That are available thoughI think if you’re a club with realistic promotion chances there are probably managers with better CVs at that level you’d go to before Robins.

Don't see Hull and their owner as a good fit for Robins tbh. I can see him being a good fit for one of the League 1 clubs that should really be in the Championship. Bolton, Charlton etc...
We had nothing to play for because we’d had a crap start to the season. After hull the team had nothing to play for , finishing 9 points off is meaningless may aswell have been 20 .. king wanted a cup run and he got one at the expense of the league .. finishing 9th was one of our best finishes in 25 years
It was a good season
You are definitely right in what you say, it’s startling how so many of our fans just haven’t got a clue what they’re on about
We finished 6 points worse off than the season before , in terms of league performance we practically stalled .. but the cup run was incredible .. it wasn't a bad season at all up until hull we were probably on a better trajectory than the playoff seasonWe had nothing to play for because we’d had a crap start to the season.
King may have wanted a cup run (who doesn’t?) but no-one was under any illusions that the league performance would decide whether Robins stayed in the job. Hence why we had a nice cup run and then sacked Robins a few months later regardless.
