Anyone defends this season is embarrassing, we're fucjing shit we needed a midfielder and we went and spent 5m on a defender who don't play, we should have got styles over kitchen. And tbh I would of been happy with either Wright or simms not both because we will start playing with 1 striker soon enough.

I think we've become so used to Gyokeres or Hamer dragging us through games we've forgotten that there's no one else to do it, the players all look like they are waiting for someone else to do something special and there's no one, on the bright side O'Hare and Sakamoto looked lively when they came on and I'd play them at the top of the box with one upfront.

We shouldn't have bought Wright on the evidence so far, but hopefully we won't be still be saying that in a years time.

He was tidy enough. My concern is as defensively. Robins can’t keep chopping and changing as there’s no consistency/learning to play as a unit

He’s got no idea what his best combination is at either end, and is missing two of his star players in the middle, only one of which still plays for us.

And Grendel doesn’t like the wingbacks.

We made a very vey intentional decision at the end of the season to sign ‘prospects’ on long term deals instead of using the loan market.

I don’t think the goal was ever to be a promotion competing side in years 1 and 2. The problem is it’s backfiring so spectacularly we might be fighting for league 1 promotion instead.

Not really, Wilson made amazing saves.

They scored 2.

They got 3 points.
We should really have scored tonight , our XG was higher we created better chances .. We are badly letting ourselves down in many areas but especially infront of goal

Robins will clearly be under pressure if this continues. He's spent a lot of money and this is utter shite. I wouldn't be keen on chucking money at him in January if I'm Doug King right now.

I agree with the first part, but why do you say it's backfiring? Surely we have to wait until at least half way through the season.

We are so poor all over the pitch. Very few goals or threat in the team and always a mistake waiting to happen at the back.
Allen may firm midfield up a bit until he gets injured. Palmer will be given another chance but will be Palmer. It's all on COH to make something happen.
Robin's has made a huge mistake with his summer signings. Doug will be a very trusting man to give him another large wedge to spend in January

He always makes the wrong subs. The game was crying out for Sakamoto but the changes are always wrong and too late. No desire to win in the team, soft as shit.
