To be fair, this situation doesn't help Rotherham one bit - unless they really do extend the season significantly. Their first game back (and possibly the second) they will be without certain 'affected' players and thereafter certain affected players may be 'affected' from a health or performance wise. Compressed fixture schedule won't help either, The reason Karanka is getting in a panic is that Blues could only be 3 points ahead of them after Saturday, yet Rotherham have 4 games in hand (and have to play Blues at home). On balance this has massively hindered Rotherham rather than give them an advantage (unless the teams just above go on a terrible run)

Derby v Millwall (away win)

Luton v Swansea 12.15 kick off, with Luton picking up injuries and suspensions before our Tuesday game.

they have Boro and Brentford in April so they've potentially got games that will affect what happens in the play offs.

They will just have to play a Saturday and two games same midweek at some point, but that still potentially harsh on another team not having recovery Time before or after a match. You just know they will sack a match off resting players before we play them though

This is worse news for them than it is us. Bit gutted to not have a Saturday game now though. Prefer weekend to midweek games.
It’s going to be rough for them now. They can just about manage this. If any of their opponents have to postpone games with them between now and the end of season for waterlogged pitch or Covid- it’ll be interesting to see how it’s handled. Think the season will only be extended if all 24 teams agree. Can’t see that happening. Don’t think Katanga will veto it, he’ll be on Jobseeker’s Allowance.....

No surprise with our match being called off, not too bothered either, gives us a bit of a welcome breather, Godden longer to get fitter DaCosta too and still be 6 points ahead and they have Brum to play.

Having a full fit squad at this stage of the season doesn’t get much better after some of the shite luck we’ve had this season.

More players and staff have been found with Covid. Wouldn’t surprise me if there are more cases on the tests later this week. I bet you the Watford game next Tuesday for them will be called off as well.

Their fucked Watford game won’t be going ahead either it’s clearly something their doing wrong so points should be deducted

They have become a problem for the rest of the division, they aren't doing things correctly somewhere

Grimsby are, I think, the only team punished for breaking Covid guidelines.
They were handed a £4,800 fine & even that is suspended unless they are found guilty again before end of June. Ridiculous.

Yeah weren’t they having indoor darts tournaments because Ian Holloway said it was team building, then he’d be on th etc spouting off against the powers that be.

Game will have to be played that the only thing that will happen.

If Leo is called up to Norway squad we should refuse to play in international week. If he’s not then it’s fair enough for us to play it.
