Rotherham have moved there Sat game with Brum back to Sunday

So they play, Sat,Tues,Thurs,Sun
Is that confirmed? That's crazy that Blues have agreed to that, as they play on the Tuesday afterwards, so playing Sunday Tuesday. Unless that has also already been moved. Madness that so much is being affected.

This is drums new fixtures. They moved 2 games I think

  • Blues v Swansea City, Friday 02 April 2021, kick-off 8pm
  • Brentford v Blues, Tuesday 06 April, kick-off 7pm
  • Blues v Stoke City, Saturday 10 April, kick-off 3pm
  • Rotherham United v Blues, Sunday 18 April, kick-off 3pm
  • Blues v Nottingham Forest, Wednesday 21 April, kick-off 7.45pm

I still can't quite get my head around this. We could have played April 29th without fucking up everyone else's fixtures - could have easily just moved the Huddersfield game to the Sunday as there's no midweek fixture the following week.

I wonder if EFL were pushing for it to be sooner to avoid any potential integrity issues if one/both of us were to know what was required by then.

Spot on Frostie, also we talk about "the integraty of the sport" well we're now playing Rotherham before they play Brentford and Luton..
Both who, before cancelations, should have been played before our game..!!!!!???
Some might say "whatever" but it's just another issue that could change things..!!

Regardless of their fixture congestion they have plenty of homes games, not travelling and can rotate the squad, rest the players for the games not against team around and to suit the opposition. For me Rotherham will stay up.

It’s between us and Birmingham.

Worth noting that their manager was also originally a fitness coach, might have some bearing on how they manage that run of games.

Only way to make sure is we don't lose and make 48 ,49 points I think they've played this to suit Rotherham as any team would I guess.

The fixture had to be fitted in somewhere we can moan and bellyache all day about any date, I would rather our position than Rotherhams four fixtures in eight games is tough for any club wether it is Rotherham or Man City. After us they have Birmingham not ideal is it. It is down to us to make the fixture almost irrelevant.
