I believe Roy Keane is out of work, I wouldn`t mind if he was approached and asked if he would like to be our manager.
He would take no shit from anyone including Sisu. ????? :pimp:

I would rather have Steve Staunton in charge.
And that's saying something.

Roy Keane is not to be approached....

If spotted please call 999 immediately and retreat to a safe distance and wait for assistance to arrive

I think "are you willing to take all shit from SISU, under all circumstances?" is question number one in the interview. For that reason, count Keane out!

I suspect this is also part of the reason for people wanting Wise, thinking that he will come in and tell Sisu what to do

Keans managerial record is failure and is obviously not managerial material here or anywhere else

I don't personally think someone being shouty and intimidating is what we need. We're not going to be terrified into a cohesive football team.

Keane did well at Wunderland but crap at Ipswich, strange really. I think he would shake this place up. Bell and McSheffrey would probably retire

took a crap sunderland team near the bottom of the championship around october time and got them promoted to the premier?

You can achieve a lot in the Championshi if you've got £9-10m to spend on transfers....

He took over after 5 games On the 28th Aug.

Crap Sunderland team? They were full of decent players and he acquired a lot of players in the transfer window. All they needed at the time was a fresh face. We need a messiah.

I can see both sides. He wouldn't take crap, but the Sunderland job seemed to deflate him a lot, looked like he lost it a bit by the end...

Spent an extortionate amount at Sunderland. Failed at Ipswich.

He would give the players the bollocking they deserve but he's not the man for the job.

Can't we just get Wise and Keane in once a week to kick the sh1t out of our players and terrify them - then let a tactician take over on the Saturday with the threat that they'll be back if we don't win?

We don't need someone who won't take any shit. We clearly need someone who can make the shit win games.

Didn't he also spend something like 10M on a Scottish keeper that talks like a girl.

I seem to remember a certain Mr Brian Clough taking no shit from anyone. That's why he was the best manager the England team never had! Stuffy gits at the FA!
