Seen something from twitter (yes, I know) that there's no serious damage to Rudoni. If that's true the squads in serious shape going into the run in

Get Rudoni doing 50 press ups then we'll find out whether he's fit or not. 💪

Hobo, which speedway team have you followed? I used to support the Cov Bees, home and away during the summer months when the football season had finished.
me too back in the day. One little story. We were at Wembley for World Final or something. Cov lad goes up to the bar ' 'Goreny 'am batches ?' !!! which of course the Norf Landaners didnt understand a word of :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Myself and a friend used to tour the length of the UK back in the day, one week we would be away to Exeter in the league and the following week would be in Glasgow watching Bees rider Nigel Boocock in a World Speedway semi-final.

God I'm showing my age now. 🤣

remember when pele dislocated his shoulder against Ze Germans, came back on and scored a worldie, maybe it’s one of those injuries 👍
This is the second person saying this and he didn't. He broke his ribs.

They will know now, Club keep it all under wraps. As some suggested perhaps no news is good news, likely wont hear much until Friday.

Initial prognosis:

No operation needed

Will miss 3/4 weeks, will be back after the international break

Best diagnosis we could have hoped for tbh, you'd like to think we have enough to get past Stoke and Derby without him

Sunderland will be tough without him though

Thats amazing news.

Hes got so lucky if he did dislocated it fully with that outcome! The stars are aligning!!!!

I will caveat the above with although I'm usually dead on with stuff, I was told Haji was going to be back on the grass not long after New Year so I am wary of 'injury news' at the moment

In the meantime Torp and Allen will play in the Rudoni role until he returns

Paterson way off it
Operation the key bit, which should be clearer at this stage.

Lower end of recovery for dislocation its 6-8 weeks, however thats for your run of mill NHS, no medical attention round the clock. So 3/4 weeks is possible, think more likely looking Burnley/Pompey game.

However, if we can get him back, thats the main thing, with hopefully some big games to come!!!

I think Torp will be enough to cover Rudoni to get us past Stoke and Derby. Think the Sunderland game will be won/lost based on how the attackers are firing anyway. Can see Haji being the match winner.

Sunderland also missing Le Fee and a centre half (cant remember name!)

I told the guy who sits next to me in the games that prognosis and that he should be on the bench in a couple of weeks, ended up looking like a right tit. Thanks saddle. 😁

Encouraging news if no op is needed. He will get the right rehab and rest and be back soon enough.

points Saturday onto the next will now be the most things for us.... Be great if Torp and Allen step in and add some goals and assists while Rudi gets on with rehab.

Certainly better than some of the diagnoses shared on here by the self-proclaimed specialists.

At one point I was starting to think he might well lose his whole arm.

Fucking great news. Can he be doing any other fitness work while out, or is ot just rest? Such a weird injury, you'd think a shoulder isn't important for a 'footballer' but I can imagine it being very difficult to impose any physical prowess if you're scared your shoulder will fuck up.

as long as he isn’t doing the shoulder press he can do cardio and leg work I would thought
