Bit misleading then, understand is a rumour.Clearly it would be mainly add-ons, as per the 10m bid. And before people start, yes it's an unsubstantiated rumour and could be bollocks. Comes from a good mate who's mate was supposedly out with Hoffman the other night. Don't hang me if it turns out to be bollocks, as I don't have a record of coming on here to take the piss.

Did they say what it was up front?

1 million upfront, Ryton and then £20M if Burge and Bigi have a baby on mars within the next 6 months.
You need to tell SISU to stop leaking you informationI'm advised the deal includes leaving Ryton with Sisu and renting it back in the interim.
So it seems you may be right.
bit sexist that, might be born on Venus, that's where all women are from1 million upfront, Ryton and then £20M if Burge and Bigi have a baby on mars within the next 6 months.
Can't see SISU going for that. The value isn't in them keeping hold of it and renting it back to us. The value is in us moving out, which would meet the pitch provision requirement allowing SISU to sell the land for housing.I'm advised the deal includes leaving Ryton with Sisu and renting it back in the interim.
I know of at least one but hey.
Isn't that the risk with taking over or selling any business?Add ons aren't really a bid are they? It's a percentage on unlikely future earnings.
Ok, so this is a mate of a mate rumour and could be bollocks but third bid is for 21m.
"Incomingggggggg"
Just name people who definitely exist first time instead of dropping 'some on here' and flirting with it forever.I know of at least one but hey.
speak no see no hear no.............
Never been a flirt.Just name people who definitely exist first time instead of dropping 'some on here' and flirting with it forever.
Well he does say interim so it doesn't rule that out, maybe we just rent untill another training facility is ready to use in this scenario. Can't see SISU going for that. The value isn't in them keeping hold of it and renting it back to us. The value is in us moving out, which would meet the pitch provision requirement allowing SISU to sell the land for housing.
Besides which does anyone want a takeover that sees SISU still involved, especially as our landlord?
If we're going to let Ryton go then lets get it over and done with.
Who knows? So, was there a 3rd bid definitely? & has it definitely been rejected?
Does anyone have any ideas for when SISU do leave what the hell are we going to talk about.
I think Nick will shut down this site due to lack of activity
Bring it on...please!!!there will be 20,000 getting season tickets so plenty of football talk!
It won't be long until the complaints about investment start again no matter who the owners are.Does anyone have any ideas for when SISU do leave what the hell are we going to talk about.

What the fuck are you on about?Add ons aren't really a bid are they? It's a percentage on unlikely future earnings.
Clauses that might not be cashed in aren't the same as upfront.
What the fuck are you on about?
Attractiveness depends very much on the likelihood of achieving add ons.
I think Joy will want a minimum of £10M guaranteed, I do not think Hoffman will offer that.
Haven't had time to read recent pages of thread, has a third bid been confirmed?
Agree with this. It's why it's so important to get out of this division within 2 seasons. Otherwise the euphoria of them being ousted will last a season and people will quickly realise that 4th division footy against teams and players they don't know is shit. It'll be a Gillingham to Yeovil effect except from one season to the next rather than one game.It won't be long until the complaints about investment start again no matter who the owners are.
