Bankrupt? Really? Or are you just shouting random things and hoping it sticks?

The Charity in question is in fact a "Childrens Charity" and as further evidence of Sisu's actions following one of the court hearings the AH Charity claimed £30,000 pounds in costs with Sisu making a counter-sue for hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Regards.

It's not a children's charity.

The stadium built for us has been given away to a team with no affinity with Coventry for 250 years. Of course it will have more impact. SISU won't be here in 247 years. Odd it doesn't make people angry, just makes them come out with more "yeah..but.." statements. Was it Sisu's fault? Absolutely, however a 250 year lease given out of spite will affect our future like nothing else.

If you recall Ann only sold out to Wasps as she was assured it wouldn't damage the future of CCFC. We have one year left at the stadium and Wasps chose the Higgs centre site over 18 others. Her words have a hollow ring to them now.

Not that many agree. As long as it fucks up SISU then anything that happens to CCFC is met with a shrug of the shoulders.

Ann should never had said it won't hurt CCFC.
She cannot control SISU's actions. How they interact with Wasps just like how they interacted with the council and Higgs will determine whether it hurts CCFC or not.
We are in the same boat as it was before the sale.
We are suing people and it is hurting us.
It will continue to hurt us until we lose again.
Then when all legal options are gone and SISU leave. Hopefully we can stop hurting and start building.

You will be asked to clarify that
It's a charity who has part of its remit is to help disadvantaged children.
Which is the same point, that is a very unpopular point with those who supported putting financial pressure on a business half owned by such a charity.

What on earth has any of that to do with your claim of them nearly going bankrupt? The charity claimed £30,000, SISU claimed an obscene amount. Both were told they have no claims.

No she shouldn't. And she can't control Wasps actions either. The Academy site is a prime example of that.

Still, it was a stupid thing to do in the first place.

I have started to take an interest in the results of Wasps in the same way as I take an interest in the results of Coventry Blaze formerly Solihull Barons,to me they are teams who represent the City of Coventry. It is also no different to players who represent the English national side instead of their country of birth, due to long distance relatives or by their residency in England.
I would also remind you that if Wasps had not purchased the Ricoh a COVENTRY CHARITY would have probably gone bankrupt due to receiving no rent.

Regards.
The City of Coventry has been represented in Rugby Union circles for the last 140+ years by Coventry RFC, despite the cuckoo in the nest that is Wasps.
Wasps represent nobody but themselves and in keeping with their nomadic history, they will no doubt try and claim acceptance in some other community when it eventually goes tits up in Coventry.
I too have a passing interest in their results but probably not for the same reasons as you.

So it's SISU's fault. This is pathetic. SISU are shit, no one questions it, ever! Yet no one will have a go at Wasps or CCC. They have contributed to this mess as much as SISU. I'm sick of people giving it the yeah but SISU line. Two wrongs don't make a right!

There is a lot of people that don't like Wasps being here. Apparently though not enough to be a majority the trust would listen to, to release a statement. I've said it before, fight everyone in this mess or we will end up in a bigger mess. SISU or not.

Wow ! I'm sorry you are so wrong here. Wasps do not and will never represent the people of Coventry.

CCFC and CRFC represent me and you and NOT WASPS !

I'm actually shocked you actually think they do !

Once the sale was done to Wasps I don't think she can control their actions either.
She would have been better off sticking with her original statement when she told SISU to get bidding. When she said she has to lead for the best of the whole city and not just CCFC. That the city won't been put into paralysis. That SISU better bid by the turn of the year or she is going another direction with the Ricoh. Once she said that.
When SISU never bid and the Wasps deal was done. She should have said. Sorry you were warned. You sadly now need to negotiate with Wasps and we will help you where we can.

Only council who have ever shafted two sporting clubs due to one poor owner.

Well done - keep going.

I have a smile to myself (or even a slightly manic chuckle) when I hear they have lost. Particularly pleased when they went out of the European competition to Leinster a few weeks ago. Childish I know, but I can't help it.
Talking to some people (2 separate occasions) who have bought season tickets at Wasps, they are amazed that anyone would be anti them being here and also did not see the problem with them being ripped away from their roots in London.

Pointless legal action.
Screwed us over first time round.
Screwing us over this time round.
We never learn.
It's of no benefit to the club yet causes maximum harm to the club.
No relationships that we desperately need can be formed whilst it goes on.

Help where they can? Like they have been doing? Fishing exercises and clauses to prevent pro football at BPA? Is that helping?

The best thing she could of done was stop playing at being big shots at ACL. Employed people who knew how to run it and make it a viable business with or without CCFC. This would have been better for the city of Coventry and it's people. She didn't do that though as it was a personal dispute driven by egos. Nothing to do with childrens charities or taxpayers like you and others like to make out.

I think she would have been better off sticking to bin collections and potholes, plenty of work to be done there.

RR being quoted as saying "We are going to make £20m ready immediately to take this Football Club forward" Why not pay the £10m formula for half of ACL...Why are you ignoring that?

Because Ranson sold the dream of PL football and pots off gold. Thus meaning fans and owners lapped it up. Forgetting the need for the club to have a structure in place to support it and progress.
Also it wasn't worth 10m for half. As proven since. They have spent 20m, have they not? Just not very well.

Unfortunately unlike you they get paid to make decisions on how it affects the city as a whole. Not how it affects Grendel and his hobby.

It threatens the future of the cities two historic sporting clubs, I'd say a responsible council wouldn't have made a decision that would do that.

It's a fucking stupid question. Only a few sad bitter CCFC fans who want to blame anyone but Sisu think Wasps are "unethical". The link is more tenuous than a very tenuous thing. There are no protests against Wasps, most people have no issue with them being here. It's just a crutch those desperate to blame others for our predicament cling on to.

It's really sad.
Haha you don't like what is said so go with the blame anyone but Sisu line

....Now that is sad.

Mate that's because CCC and Wasps haven't got any responsibility for CCFC - our welfare isn't their concern and nor should it be They haven't screwed us over, just looked to their own interests. On the other hand, CCFC owners have been incompetent custodians of our club and have actively tried to screw over the council in particular in trying to get their own way, but again their actions were badly misjudged and led to a reasonable and predictable reaction which has left us worse off.

Wasps can fuck off back to where they belong. When they can't afford to keep funding their stupid venture I'll be up there laughing at all the sad faces knowing they won't be able to see the franchise scum any more.
Unfortunately unlike you you they get paid to make decisions on how it affects the city as a whole. Not how it affects Grendel and his hobby.
But they have sold to a club , who immediately put themselves in 35mil of debt. They have already stalled on the training base , which I presume is more about funding than anything else. How is that going to help when they become just another debt ridden club with 6-7k paying fans.

Tbf wasps are shit heads and i don't think people like Italia are even worthy of debate with.
But i don't think they have contributed as much to this as Sisu, nearly all the issues were present before wasps were here. Wasps just made it worse.

Wasps are just the opputunists who go around looting everything after the initial destruction.
CCFC have been mugged and battered by SISU, wasps then came along and looted CCFC pockets whilst it was still on its knees.
