Well its available it 14, im guessing there is logistical and politics with getting it agreed, like getting 13 open aswell. But its there available to anyone who wants to stand and still people moan.
You are missing the point, the club state they have listen and did what the fans wanted and made "singers corner" safe standing but they haven't

There is a mismatch between the comms and the action

I'm simply pointing out the flaws in the plan, unlike you who will cheerlead anything the club does such as the pricing last year that you told was was brilliant right up to the moment they had to lower the children's pricing.

It is ok to say "actually this could be better"

Absolutely, I do also complain David. I'm part of it, as well all are 😂. There's no been a decision in the past 3 years that hasn't upset somebody, me included.

I'm seriously impressed with your memory of my posts few years though 😂

I've read this 5 times now. Haven't found anything to moan about yet. Will keep trying though.

Clearly, you are not a true fan. 😄

Edit: That's a bit of a cheap shot actually. In fairness, is there a reason why the club couldn't put safe standing in singer's corner?

If it's because of the structures, I guess it's fair enough, if not, why not?

But they have made it available to anyone who wants it.
id guess they have excluded 16 as it may flow standing into 17, which they want to avoid. You would assume some logic behind it, i dont know what it is but they have provided safe standing if you want it, and you cant moan if you are asked to sit down, when there was a option to stand in a area.

No, it's 15 being excluded when that is very much part f "singers corner" that is being questioned

I have no skin in the game, couldnt give a shit. But the club have provided safe standing, its there if anyone wants it, in 4 blocks. Clearly not good enough for some.

People already stand in parts of 17 and 18

Clearly they've assumed some would move over but that's no the case.

I'm sure a decent number will move to the South Stand. Plenty want to be by the away fans. Some like me have never liked the view in the corner but have sat there because of the atmosphere.

A Cardiff those standing in the non safe standing were given one warning and told they would be removed from the stadium. I imagine this may happen here as well.

Never happened to me the season before last. Though I was stood in the, seating because theyd allowed the safe standing to be filled up with people who werent suppose to be in there.
I couldn't get in and had a legitimate ticket!

Not sure about this season as I was in safe standing.

Moaning or asking questions? That's all I am seeing. Either way, good. A fanbase full of sycophants that question nothing is a fanbase destined to be screwed over eventually.

This, most people are basically saying "ok, i'll likely not move but if you saying you have listen and made singers corner safe standing why have you not actually made singers corner safe standing?"

Some people act you have to agree with everything the club does

What about the 30% who didn't say Safe Standing in the corner 👀...

I'm joking before you ask.

This is a bit odd. If they continue to turn a blind eye to standing in block 16 then not that arsed. If they start to clamp down, then guess I'd have to move, but don't fancy having to give seat up for cup games and quite like where I sit. Guessing everyone will still stand in any case.
My thinking re waiting and moving if they clamp down on it. But if I stay in 15 and by first game of season the safe standing is sold out, will be in a bit of a pickle.

It seems they’ve done this to make people consider moving over and it’s seriously making me consider it.

Same here. Last 15 seasons we've played at CBS I've been in block 16 and always stood. Like it there. If they clamp down will have to move, but possible that safe standing will have sold out by then. Tough one, but I get the feeling everyone will continue to stand in any case.

A hypothetical question for those staying in the corner... Yes, I know it was never an option.

If they announced today that away fans were moving to 13-16 and plan for a safe standing South Stand, would you be happy moving?

Reason I ask is because many of people have mentioned moving away fans to the corner in the past.

Cannot be arsed reading whole thread but I assume those blocks were chosen as they are ones people cannot sit in for concerts? And frasers will not let them change ones that are used?

Potentially but other stadiums have safe standing and are used in concerts.

I wonder how they will price the safe standing areas reckon it will be slightly cheaper but not much.

Who sits at a concert? Genuinely never seen that, and you can still sit with a safe standing barrier. Shouldn't really make a difference. There must be a reason though, so perhaps.

Are they the same seats, and comfy enough to sit in for 2 hours +? (Genuine question). I have been 2 concerts there ever and majority of those in seats sat, as if you wanted to stand there was standing tickets

Be surprised. I say in 17 for Arctic Monkeys and loads sat down. Not ideal.

They are just normal seats. Was in safe standing at wolves and seats actually quite comfy when I parked my backside at half time.
