Again though, it is all this fictional utopia stuff.
If a gang of men
London is only getting rougher as well. This utopia doesn't exist.
Oh I see, cheers.
The point is if women say that would help, I listen and act. I am a man, not a young one anymore. I can use my own experiences to judge how I act around other men when I'm out and about for the most part. Why would you not listen to women?
I have admitted I will probably change my behaviour particularly when walking near Women. I can't do anything other than hold my hands up and admit that I probably should have been doing it anyway. That might make me a bit thick in your eyes or something, I dunno. Toxic masculinity is a massive problem. Men should be able to open up without fear of being labelled weak or whatever. Lord knows that can lead to all sorts of other issues. And if men were to say that you would do the same? Do you not think that it's less easy for a man to say that rather than a woman, so perhaps in fact you should just be doing it anyway?
What will you do, pull out a flute and play a rendition of East 17s it's all right whilst walking 500 metres away with your head facing the wall and a sticker on your back saying im not going to hurt you?I have admitted I will probably change my behaviour particularly when walking near Women. Fair enough. You do you. If it would make someone feel less threatened if I crossed the road though I'll try and be more conscious to do that. What will you do, pull out a flute and play a rendition of East 17s it's all right whilst walking 500 metres away with your head facing the wall and a sticker on your back saying im not going to hurt you?
It's impractical nonsense
I will continue life as I do, because I'm no danger to women... Wether they trust me or not isn't really an issue for me to address and certainly not one I will make an effort to address either

Yeah but you aren't a woman! And women are saying this would help therefore their lived experience is more help than your guess to me. I'll just finish on the subject with this last thing. Genuinely from the response from many women I was surprised they felt so threatened. It made me think about what I do, and I'll probably make more effort to do little things that might help.I'd argue mate, the more you try and act in a different way... The more strange you may appear to women
Well I have female family, I asked my sister, and my step mom, my missus .. Their opinion is different yours and the attention seekers on twitter.Yeah but you aren't a woman! Not since the court order, anyway.I dont tend to make a habit of walking behind women at night on my own

Yes and women can be toxic as fuck too, especially when in power of something, as my missus has just proved to me'Toxic' masculinity is another shitty label that gets thrown around really.
I'd argue mate, the more you try and act in a different way... The more strange you may appear to women
Not at all. Women notice when men are thoughtful and considerate. It's about common decency and empathy. Giving a disabled person a bit extra space, allowing a pushchair user time to navigate a doorway, holding a door open, please and thankyou, keeping your distance in a queue.I'd argue mate, the more you try and act in a different way... The more strange you may appear to women
The blokes been arrested so that should give comfort to all. If we were nervous about "possibilities" we'd never leave home and let terrorists and bad'uns rule our lives.

You say that but it is very different when as a woman after dark everyone makes you nervous.
If you watch it it was a tongue in cheek comment responding to the met suggesting women stay inside.View attachment 19125hahaha fucking try it, bet it goes well
Ah OK fair enough... Alot of anti men sentiment on social media atm so it's hard to figure out what's legit or notIf you watch it it was a tongue in cheek comment responding to the met suggesting women stay inside.
Yeah there is. Social media is never a good way of gauging either side of an argument. I’ve learnt that the last couple of weeks with this and the Meghan situation.Ah OK fair enough... Alot of anti men sentiment on social media atm so it's hard to figure out what's legit or not

Yikes. The Met not exactly covering themselves in glory here.
Just had a woman on the news saying how it's time to have a discussion including men rather than women having to do everything to feel safe.
I just don't get what they want the vast majority of men to do who have no intention of harming anybody. Vigilante group?
I don't think women should be forced to stay indoors at all, I think any fucking nonce or rapist should be severely beaten.
