I know things are bad at the moment with our club but Oddball said it best " Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? " !

Because SISU suck. Enough of the positive rubbish. We must recognise how bad things are at the club and drive the board out!

Oh, wouldn't it be nice to find something to be positive about as we head towards the new season, but the hope and optimism that abounded at the end of the last one has brutally been snatched away by venture capitalists Sisu, and their silk suited, smooth talking, advisers, who at this very moment are continuing to sell anything, or anyone that isn't nailed down.
Andy Thorns fine efforts of last season have meant nothing to the owners, and instead of kicking on from our good end to the season, and improving the squad , they do the opposite and hold a fire sale, which has seen our best players, leave the club.
It has always been my opinion that sisu should never have got into football, the heat in the kitchen was always too severe, and if you can't provide the financial muscle, "stay out of football"
As we head into the coming campagne, there can be no doubt that our squad is very much depleated, from the one that struggled last year,
Its a fact, Andy Thorn, may prove to be a decent manager, but "merlin he aint"
so come on ,give us a clue! on what exactly do you base your optimism
TankTop..
Some questions:
1. who would you replace SISU with? Erm, Gary Hoffman and his backers?!
2. is it better to have SISU fund the club or risk administration? The above rules that out.
3. what do you mean by 'positive rubbish'? Acceptance of being treated like sh1t. Christ - look at what happens at clubs like Liverpool with Roy Hodgson - simply because of poor results. Wouldn't happen here - we're so used to being sh1t on there's no fight left in our fans.
4. who is failing to recognise things are bad at the club? We all recognise it but nothing's being done about it.
5. what happens if you drive the board out? The Hoff takes over, buys 50% of the Ricoh and we have a more stable future.
I'd appreciate it if you could answer those questions because it would substantiate your opinions.
You make some valid points but in reply to your question, Its based on the anxiety of waiting 13 weeks since the final whistle at Carrow Road to the Kick off against Leicester on August 6th.
The club may be struggling financially but you never know we may just get it right on the pitch and surprise a few people.
I don't give a shit who is wearing the shirt or who owns the club, I will be there (at Birmingham as I am on holiday for Leicester) supporting my beloved Sky Blues and trying to be the 12th man for Andy and the boys.
That is what I base my optimism on Sir Tank. If there are no straws to clutch at then why bother supporting our team at all, we all feel animosity towards the board but we need to put the football team first and offer support when it is needed.
I cant beleive fans are still falling for Hoffmans hot air. So far we have some 'promises' that he will buy half the ricoh for £10m and invest in the team, yet we know none of the backers who quite possibly are former board members who got us in the original mess, he has put forward an invalid offer of £1 because again he doesnt want to name the investors and he is using the telegraph to sensationalise every story coming out of the club. If the ground-share could be bought for £10m then why havent SISU done this already as they have loaned more than this amount already and it would make sense to buy the ground to generate more income. Also an Alan Higgs representative was on radio saying nobody had approached them to even discuss buying their share. Im far from loving SISU but i just cant beleive people think he is a knight in shining armour when we know next to nothing of his grand rescue plan.
