New manager of Oldham. Salford, who he owns 10% of, are currently in a national league playoff spot. What if he manages against them?

They're not in the EFL anyway so no conflict at the minuteSurely if he is still a bit of an owner it is conflict of interest?
Don't know why the EFL bother having rules.Sanctioned by the EFL on Friday, as he only has a 10% ownership of Salford.
Ah they are down to 5th now. I assumed they were up there.
I am sure Solihull Moors were in the shit a few months ago, up there in 2nd!
Oldham were top league when I was a kid

Same for me it was the coldest ground I have ever been to, I remember Roy Wegerle scoring there.
Solihull Moors have been doing well all season and went top of the league last night after winning away at Aldershot. They struggled last season but Tim Flowers seems to have them well organised and is doing a good job after Steve Yates kept them up. I've seen them a few times this season and they are a good team and would do well in League 2 but they are not pretty to watch, they have a fair few big guys playing for them which makes them a very direct team and do a lot to wind up the opposition....very much like the Wimbledon of the 80's.
Is Kwame Thomas still playing for them?
Apparently the owner wants to interfere in team matters.
