What they should do now if they had sense is to say that if you buy by a set date now you can get say 25 more off or another incentive.

Every st holder should get the sheet of vouchers a jsb does also.

Away games only will be fun, 13 - 16 too much but 20 plus will be fine to watch the same "quality" That would be if you went to every away game

but away teams haven't been responsible for the shite we've watched this season and therefore have no need to make a conciliatory gesture Nick.

Personally for me the prices are affordable. But it's the principle of it. Total disregard for the support once more.

What party line? The one that the price isn't the issue so much as the way it's been handled?

Not the old spine issue, my back is fine. I've never dead lifted heavier.

I'm not going to pretend to be anything. Sorry

Nick; "Do you have proof the world isn't flat though?"

Where is fellow Flat-Earther Grendel?

Which is what I'm saying about the pr side of it....they could have kept prices the same but done a much better pr job.

So when Fisher said at the fans forum (we have made mistakes in the past , but will learn from them and move on) , what has he learnt

The return from this is simply not worth the investment any more . I'll pick and chose match by match and wait for the incentive packages to be trollied out in September when the club realise they've made a slight blunder.

I do fully agree with Nick tho the PR is awful and has made it so much worse

Seems like a short sharp kick in the stomach rather than easing us in with some clever marketing

They could have scrapped the premium zone so majority feel like they get a discount when in reality they pay the same as rest of ground

Make block 14-16 the 'sky blue army zone' make seats in there slightly cheaper than rest of the ground and add in a free flag like the ones at Wembley, encourage more people to get involved with the singing section

20% off the new home shirt when purchasing in the early bird period

It doesn't take a marketing genius to figure it out put coming out with "season tickets same as last year - buy here ..." is never going to entice anyone

I cannot justify £345 for my current seat which is in a premium zone, £299 is still just to steep to justify in my opinion, if they had done some of the above yes I could be convinced by £299

it's definitely a PR disaster, whoever decided to increase prices in certain zones by reclassifying them should be sacked first thing in the morning.

This is going to batter the playing budget.

You mean like the bits about the shocking pr around it?

Selective reading again?

The bit about a free gift to smooth it over?
Or the bit about better PR to help take the medicine.
Or perhaps the fact that it's still a good price.

TF could sell you anything.
Word of advice ..... if he phones you for a meeting, take a condom.

im in a whattapp group with five other city fans and 3 out of us six have decided not to renew, how sad.... SISU had a chance to win a few fans back and once again screwed it up!!!

what a fecking joke they are!! no doubt timmy the knob will crawl from under his rock soon saying its the customers fault!!
I'm in a group of four I'm the only one renewing, I was getting sick of them anyway

This. A blanket price freeze would be bad enough given the season we've just had, but the fact they have put prices up in certain blocks (and remember prices went up for those people last season as the season before there were no zones) is, quite frankly, staggering.

What they should do now is scrap the early bird so the fans can see that an effort has been made with the playing staff, but we know it won't be so they can't.

What are you on about now? Struggling a little bit now by the looks of it

Haven't seen you take issue with others saying price isnt the issue?

It's clear you spend most of your time defending SISU. Not much to struggle with.

Says the bloke who phoned waggot crying like a bitch because he didn't read the terms of an offer?

Tf isn't selling me anything, I'm not bothered what he has to say.

Nice try though, ironic after you gargle everything wasps can give you. I'm just saying the price isn't a major issue for going to watch a team i support, but the pr was shocking and would make a difference.

Literally seething. Perhaps they feel that now is the best time to drop the bombshell given that we're still on the crest of the Wembley wave and have won a couple. Well guess what fisher, even if we win every game through to the Summer it won't mask what an unforgivable disaster you have overseen, embarking on one of the worst seasons in the history of the club. Hmm, maybe we should drop them by £100 and see if they get behind robins in the league below? Nope, let's keep the prices the same, not invest and serve up a similar circus in the league below. The final tier of the football league! If I want to renew after 31st may, I'll have to pay £391 for fucks sake. Disgusting.

Does that prick want no-one turning up? Maybe that's his plan so he can justify a ground move to the poxy cow shed Butts. c**t.

They're not actually out yet so perhaps it's a cunning pr plan ....

Pretend to put them up, then say you've listened to the fans and decided to hold them at current levels. Looks good and averts the backlash from not reducing for L2 everyone feels good about going to renew. Watch this space :)

Did think that, but then thought that would mean listening.

Stop being obtuse Nick. Away vs Home as a day out wins easily.

It's not about price then if people would pay double to watch the same 11.

I agree, away is more of an occasion but it just shows price isn't the factor.
