We are ST holders and just received our paper tickets for the Forest game on Sunday. Also received the letter with £25 voucher code for use in the shop.

£25 voucher has arrived… which isn’t actually £25 as you can only use the fucker online. The obligatory £5.95 shopping whether you’re buying a sock or 50 shirts is a bit annoying. Wouldn’t be so bad if it actually arrived in a timely manner.

Ordered 2 shirts and a tracksuit over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Had hoped it’d be here before Sunday but not looking likely now.

Season ticket replacement tickets just arrived. Now where’s my member shirt?

TBF with COVID and the move to contactless not sure why we didn’t go down the QR code route for season tickets. We’re using ticketshafter who have the tech for gigs and other sporting events.

Know exactly how you feel, we both have mobility problems these days and starting to wonder how much longer we will be able to attend matches. Mightily relieved when our paper tickets turned up for Sunday. Have spent many a match day queuing up and wouldn't fancy it now.

Why is it always last minute with tickets?

Surely they could have made a decision two weeks ago as to whether the card would be in place and got tickets out earlier rather than trying to cram everything into the last couple of days.

My ticket arrived yesterday but i know another ST that is still waiting on theirs. Hopefully all good by tomorrow but this really is cutting it fine.

Also just received £25off in the shop as i was writing this, linked to getting a Ricoh Return membership i think. Just need the away kit to be released before deciding what to use it on!

Agreed, it's a ballache having to make an extra journey. I'm in Rugby so not too bad, but we shouldn't really have to.

The Barnsley tickets were supposed to be online at 10am, club had to contact Ticketmaster and then were on at 10:30. Pretty poor for a big operation

The £25 being online only definitely takes some of the shine off it, it's really a £19 voucher instead
