Does anyone know how i can get around this.

My dad is on holiday and wants to move his season ticket next to mine in block 11. Ive picked the seat for him but when i assign it to him it only gives the price option as PLP 2.0 @ £550. He should get the same price as before £550 as he had a PLP last season..

I've got to try and get them to apply the £500 retrospectively as we've moved from 20 to 11 -

Can you get through from blocks 10 etc now?

Unfortunately not. Would be a significant cost to open it up. They spending money on the South Stand concourse though.

On second thoughts, (after claiming we will go to block 12), im seriously toying with not renewing

£400 for us in FZ ( but arbitrary rules to follow, or pay for another ticket if the kids cant attend all that shit)

Its £800 including the fucking booking fee to move out of the FZ. For basically the same experience, view etc.

I dont think I can justify it. Usually when renewing its no brainer and done the second they are on sale. But I've spent the whole day toing and froing, and as i say, trying to justify nearly a grand on something I was expecting to be around 4 or 500

And no "get Overson to pay it" comments thats well boring now

I imagine it would be very costly/difficult.

The ground is built into a hill, and the south stand concourse is about 20ft lower than the other three stands. So it would need a set of stairs and then disabled ramps etc

Understandable with costs. It's very expensive.

What I will say though the atmosphere and experience will be significantly better in Block 12 than FZ.

there's no room to do much so you are going to be stuck with the same poor facilities that people complained about

In all fairness i think the family zone tickets were ridiculously low and it makes normal seats seems expensive now but they are still quite cheap. £1000 for a family of 4 for 23 games is good value i think.

They must be doing something:

"During the summer, infrastructure works are being planned in the South Stand concourse and the bowl itself to look at reducing the segregation between the home and away supporters in a safe manner to further improve the matchday experience."

Right so firstly the system wouldn't let me renew both my wife's and mine at the same time, so I did mine first, then got the following for hers:

'Unfortunately, you are trying to purchase tickets for an age restricted price class. Please ensure the Date of Birth is set for each assigned client or select another price class.'

Anyone had the same issue? Causing a bit of unnecessary stress this.

When I was trying to renew my dads PLP which is an adult it would only let me assign it if I chose an over 65 ticket which he is. He wanted it to be an adult so my brother can use it every now and then.
Might be similar.

She has an adult ticket anyway.

Worked it out. She doesn't have a date of birth on her account but we can't add a date of birth to the account as you can't edit the field.

What should we do?
