Agreed - once your better half is used to your 'commitment' of a ST (assuming they don't also go) there isn't that initial conversation of 'how much?' ' You're disappearing every Saturday/whenever'. Now my wife just asks me to put the dates on the wall calendar, so she can pre-book the milkman's extra deliveries!!
We must have the same milkman and calendar 🤔 he’s very understanding and long may it continue 😉

I fucking hate percentages in this sort of scenario.

If 100 people renewed, that's a 'massive' 24 new ST holders.

Give us the numbers CCFC.

Not just some meaningless stats that a fifth year maths O level sitter could generate on a Casio calculator (showing my age here).
I would suggest it’s because they are not that happy with the numbers that have been sold and are trying to mask over it with percentages.

Does anyone know if you use the west stand atrium to get into standard zone block 1, 2 or 3 or is there a different gate on the south stand you need to go through?

Probably turnstiles 44 and 45 in the North Stand, its those for all non-corporates in the west stand I think as well as the family zone so it gets pretty busy.

There's also one, very basic, kiosk which is by block 3 and has to cope with all the non corporate people in the west stand so you have pretty much zero chance of getting back to your seat for the start of the second half if you want anything at half time.

After only attending the Manchester United game and Birmingham away game last season, I thought I’d get myself a season ticket for this! Looks to be great value for money, Doug Bling has smashed it.
Yawn.

Turnstile 45 at corner of the North Stand outside block 32 (Family Zone entrance). But use the next gates along the North Stand and you pretty much walk right in. My only issue with blocks 1/2/3 is getting away through Arena Retail Park.

I’m trying to buy an adult season ticket for my Dad so my wife can go if he can’t, but the system won’t let me assign it to him as he is over 65. Apparently he has to purchase a concession. The system can’t be altered. Only option is to register an adult account so can purchase but then he wouldn’t get the loyalty points for the season ticket. Spoke to ticket office. They say it’s just how the system works. Bit crazy.

Could always buy a Premier League 2.0 package? It is more expensive, but in the event of promotion you get the first season free.

Can you not just buy it as his concession and then for the times your wife wants to go, upgrade it to an adult for the individual game, or can you not do that on a season ticket

Those blocks are poorly catered for, exacerbated by only having Budweiser as a “beer” on tap.

Yea I have a concession. Wanted to change it to adult so that son in law could use it on the odd occasion I miss.
But system won’t accept it.

Very bizarre for 40 odd% of new ST purchases coming from fans who haven’t ever purchased match tickets …..You can only assume they are people who have been to games but someone else bought their tickets for them 🤷‍♂️

It's all down to Mark Twain and his mate Ben Disraeli getting onboard the Sky Blue express.

I don’t believe you can upgrade for an individual game anymore. Based on my experience last year the only option is to surrender the seat for the game and then book the same seat at full price.

Had this been posted? 😂

Did the rounds on WhatsApp last evening.

Anecdotally (and a VERY small sample size), some people are leaving the mad hatters and the daytrippers to become standing up coke heads (me included).

Monday 3rd June, 9:59am: 23/24 Seat Holds end

Monday 3rd June – Friday 7th June, 9:59am: Opportunity to move your already purchased 24/25 Season Ticket to a different seat if you wish to

Friday 7th June, 10am: Seat Release Day

Does anyone know what the difference between "Seat Holds end" and "Seat Release Day" is?
Four days. And one minute.

Yeah, but if it's 100 people who have purchase new ST's, then 40 people never having purchased a match ticket before isn't that strange. Guess without the context it's difficult to tell whether it's interesting.

Just realised, I haven’t bought my seat. Technically even if I had it at adult price,my son in law would still not be able to use it as it is not transferable.
I remember last season asking if I could pay the difference, when he wanted to use my card for a game. I was told he would have to pay the full price for a new ticket, and if he was caught using mine it would be confiscated.

Even 40 people who have never purchased a match ticket before but now jumping in with both feet to get an ST is err …odd ?!🤔
Not as odd as you suggest. I know of 2 people who did exactly that. One an armchair Tottenham fan, the other an armchair arsenal fan. Went to their first city game having bought season tickets for the 23/24 season. They are renewing this year as well.

Keto works for me, but if I’m honest it works because it helps control calories. Harder to snack and overeat on keto.

I saw a research paper that went though IF keto, WW, etc. They basically all trick you into reducing calories.

Correct. We have a weight loss thread in off topic anyway, the season ticket thread probably isn’t the place for this anyway!
