Technically the date changes at midnight actually. It's poor language really and ambiguous.
Yeh I'm the same. What they should say to avoid ambiguity is "Monday night at midnight" if that's what they mean.
Btw, I think that's what they mean

I imagine you are in the expensive seats? Premium zone? That's where I'm wanting to move away from! Had they not changed it from 3 zones to 2, meaning my ticket price has gone up, I'd be staying in 22.
So wanting some seats to free up in 23!
