Biamou Would be gone then. Would we really pay for a 32 year old?
Would he be gone though?

Looks like we have lost Nazon, so if Biamou goes that would be two strikers go out, so would we need two strikers in.

I think 4 strikers is enough for a league two team.
Beavon who is just about at the end of his career and a known none goalscorer and Ponticelli, who is still new in the professional game and very raw?

That would be suicide I think and in reality just leave us with the two.

And then knowing our luck this season McNulty would do his ACL

Aside from Luton, who would have a better strike force. McNulty and Pope who are both on double figures already. Beavon who was our first choice 2 months ago and a young kid that can't stop scoring. We also have Barrett who plays no.10 which would mean only playing one striker anyway

Mr Foster on CWR interviewing Mark Robins after the game today , did he ask Mark Robins if there's any news on any new players coming in this week, permanent or loans . what do you think !

Mr Foster , you my make a good journalist one day .
Why didn't he ask him I wonder?

I guess we will have to see if our system changes. If we do go one up front, 4 strikers would indeed be plenty.

No chance of Pope. Port Vale legend and didn't have the best of times at Bury. My Vale supporting mate seems to think he's very happy back there and that was before ant of these rumours came about.

Didn't pope go on a free to them? Also a vale fan?

Wouldn't turn my nose up at all if we did, a bit more than I'm expecting though

I highly doubt this too. He’s quality for league 2 just what we need although he lack any serious pace.

Makes sense from the point of view that Vale realistically can’t get play offs and won’t be struggling for relation either so will probably be playing for mid table.

Pope would be a good signing but I wouldn't let go of Biamou. Was very good again today, once he gets one goal I think he'll get to a half decent tally this season.

I wouldn't want to change formation for anyone at the moment, if we got Pope, 2 wingers and another centre mid, then I'd be more then happy with that.

In the sky blue family zone, was talking to Sayoud he was saying Biamou looks amazing in training smashes in goals for fun......?

MR was right about McNulty, that he will start banging them in so I think we should have faith MR, he obviously sees some finishing skills everyday in training that we don’t.

Yes I’d keep Max too.

Let's be realistic Robins may have asked prior to the interview not to be asked about the next player coming in as negotiations are at a delicate stage. The CWR guys are Cov fans and would surely go along with it and not ask anything that might jeopardize a deal

I'd much prefer to see us go after Eisa from Cheltenham. He was great against us, led the line really well. Notched his 10th league goal today too.
Yeah, but I think when I looked he had signed a contract extension until 2020.

On the second loanee, MR has said we are just waiting on the paperwork apparently.

A bit like buying a house though, until you actually sign???

Don't forget we still have the forgotten Kwame to consider

I am afraid he has no chance I worry for his future as a pro as he can’t even get in the side in front of the prolific Biamou and Beavon also a first year pro.

I think Kwame Thomas' days are numbered. Seemingly, Robins just doesn't rate him.

8 games and just 1 goal at Solihull Moors.
