It will only ruin them if the council have done anything wrong. Who's to blame?
They also filed to the EU before dropping the legals.
Can you at least get your head around the basics before trying to preach your shite?
There’s surely enough information in the public domain to prove that members of the council have acted unethically and not in the public interest. How are any of these people still in a job?
Probably explains why they act so desperate. They know they’re at risk of losing their pensions.

Because it goes to a council ethics committee and if they are found to be in the wrong they just change the rules so that it isn't in the wrong any more.
You’d think there would be grounds to review it at a higher party of government level rather than by the little local clique.

but is everything in the open? Kept hearing on issues around this that CCC were claiming certain meetings behind closed doors were confidential hence turning down several FOI requests.Because it goes to a council ethics committee and if they are found to be in the wrong they just change the rules so that it isn't in the wrong any more.
We know that's the case. Take the meeting where they voted to sell to Wasps, no minutes, notes or record of any sort apparently exists. That sets huge alarm bells ringing for me.but is everything in the open? Even if it wasn't regarding a situation that was deep in legal challenges I'd have thought you'd want every aspect of a meeting like that documented in case anything was queried at a later date.

The sort of thing David Conn would doI do wonder if a decent national investigative reporter will ever dig into this whole debacle properly. Seems like there’s a good story.

The FSA must be getting their information from the Trust.Doesn’t help with one sided media coverage spreading to today’s discussion on football governance bill thanks to ill informed FSA
Yes - the official representative body of CCFC supporters. Sooner it’s disbanded or replaced the better. Sky Blue disTrust. The FSA must be getting their information from the Trust.
Wasn't there a redacted FSA email address in the council misconduct evidence?...The FSA must be getting their information from the Trust.
The sort of thing David Conn would do
Oh wait...........

They should just publicly release an offer , rather than releasing this bullshit.
"You can play here for terms already agreed, not indemnity etc"
Then we would see who's lying.
sure his 1st piece about 3/4 years ago was a well-balanced piece that encouraged everyone he was onto something. Then just fell awayThe sort of thing David Conn would do

probably more the possible knock-on effect to their bond issue the problem.Even if the Council have done wrong it may not follow that WASPS will be penalised
However, if it can shown WASPS were complicit in the wrong doing .......................
There may have been, there was for supporters direct though

With all of the discussion about Wasps and their part in this mess there is no mention of what we as a fan base can do to put pressure on them. Twenty one of us turned up at their last fixture of the season. Surely now, with weeks to plan and prepare, something should be organised for their first fixture of next season. A protest involving several hundred or more City fans will raise awareness of Wasps part in our being forced to play in Birmingham with local and even national press covering the event. Wasps, like Sisu, don’t want negative publicity. It may also waken up the wider population of Coventry to the fact that our football club, their football club have been forced out of the Ricoh by a sporting organisation from London. This situation needs to be highlighted and brought out into the open. With a date set weeks in advance,we should be able to make a real impact this time whether inside or outside the stadium. I think a disrupted Wasps game would certainly make the headlines.
That wouldn’t be a good day for a protest. It would be good to find a day that they are playing and we are not.Rugby Premiership season doesnt start till 18th October because of the world cup in Japan. The 21 of us have time.
CCFC away at MK Dons that weekend
its interesting about rugby not starting till late i imagine between now and christmas they will have 4/5 games and no revenue from ccfc surely not very good for their cash flow situation

A perfect statement would be to boycott MK away and take 10k to stand outside the Ricoh and cause a nuisance, particularly if we managed to have more outside than inside. Unfortunately plenty of our fans still can't work out the irony of attending MK while avoiding St Andrews.Rugby Premiership season doesnt start till 18th October because of the world cup in Japan. I'll be at both - need a day when they're playing and we're not to get the best numbers and ideally a dry day too if you can fix the weather.A perfect statement would be to boycott MK away and take 10k to stand outside the Ricoh and cause a nuisance, particularly if we managed to have more outside than inside. Ideal weekend, you'd say!!Rugby Premiership season doesnt start till 18th October because of the world cup in Japan. The 21 of us have time.

OK playing devils advocate a little, but we all know words are carefully arranged in amongst this PR. Could it be that this irrevocable undertaking given by SISU was actually subject to a deal for CCFC to be at the stadium being completed.
I’d be shocked if this wasn’t the case.
me too, so little point relying on it. But we will never know for sure
