With all of the discussion about Wasps and their part in this mess there is no mention of what we as a fan base can do to put pressure on them. Twenty one of us turned up at their last fixture of the season. Surely now, with weeks to plan and prepare, something should be organised for their first fixture of next season. A protest involving several hundred or more City fans will raise awareness of Wasps part in our being forced to play in Birmingham with local and even national press covering the event. Wasps, like Sisu, don’t want negative publicity. It may also waken up the wider population of Coventry to the fact that our football club, their football club have been forced out of the Ricoh by a sporting organisation from London. This situation needs to be highlighted and brought out into the open. With a date set weeks in advance,we should be able to make a real impact this time whether inside or outside the stadium. I think a disrupted Wasps game would certainly make the headlines.
