I'd shag Seppela all day every day if it meant we stayed in Birmingham forever!

I’d just shag her all day every day (particularly given the dry spell I’m on!) if we were still in Coventry, she is a very attractive lady

I imagine this is just a light one to get going. As they said yesterday, for those that struggle reading, they will be dropping them throughout the day.

Sounds like to me she wants out, normally sisu would say we’re not for sale however she said she’s not going to be around forever.. I rekon she’s open to selling us just not to Hoffman

It could mean that.

The way I reckon is that it's being lined up to say they won't be around forever but the damage by Wasps / CCC will be.

That's certainly a possibility.

It's the recent attempts to portray her as a fan, doing what she does for the good of the club too. In that respect not being here forever plays into a narrative that whatever's done isn't for SISU's benefit, it's for ours.

I'd say that's fair myself!

Said this a few months back but I have a feeling everything is going to be OK eventually....

I reckon you could be right PB
I also suspect the complaint to the EC is what's caused Duggins and his cheer leaders to go on the attack
The precedent of the complaint to the EC about the Olympic stadium has probably filled his pants

I reckon she's confident of getting the Ricoh back after the review

Thing is, who's to say it was someone who is a Cov fan? Could have just been a random burglary.

I reckon she will bring up the council PR company speaking to fans groups about turning up at her house...

It's hard to tell about it all with such a tiny bit of a snippet.

Absolutely agree on the narrative aspect. However, at present I’d suggest that actions for the benefit of SISU and actions for the benefit of the club are pretty closely aligned.

Just watched that clip that was posted earlier in the thread - she reminds me of Carrie Mathison from Homeland.

Clarified that the deal offered would have required indemnifying Wasps against any and all potential costs, penalties and any financial risk relating to the purchase - now and in the future. Simply could not agree to that, could finish the club forever.

Whilst it’s PR, if only they had been more open from the beginning. It’s also telling that someone described as being very private, never doing interviews, has now done so.

She's hotter than I thought she was I thought she was an older lady but she looks good all she needs to do now is acquire us the Ricoh and get us promoted and all is forgiven

Well the reason I suggest this is that they won’t want to be plugging a funding gap for very long so it is in their interest to get us back on a sound financial footing as soon as possible. With talk of a new stadium, having thought about it it wouldn’t make sense financially as we have seen the huge differential between build cost and asset value play out over these last few years.

I’m starting to come round to the idea that SISU may be picking up these bonds that are being traded because they sit at a 10% discount (or thereabouts). That way it gives them a direct channel to take on the lease if/when Wasps fail, and that will only be accelerated if any wrongdoing is found through this EC investigation. This would also give the ‘business’ an asset on the balance sheet at a lesser cost than construction and would make us eminently more saleable, which I believe is SISU’s objective now as they prepare their exit strategy. It’d be interesting to know whether AEG are still interested in taking on management of the arena operations (but also - I suppose - the cost involved in that). They have a track record of investment in sports teams so may be the option further down the road.

Is there another one out now then?

What does she mean by this?

“I think that we felt it was important for people to understand that hopefully in the end there will be an end to this and the end result will be something that we can all be very pleased, proud and happy.“

I think their only exit route that would achieve this now is a sale to some mega rich new owners

Sky Sports News is worse than Talksport for repeating the same shite and trying to make you sit there and watch all day to try and catch a 2 minute segment.

Comments of "Strangle the bitch" and making light of people breaking into her house, that are popping up on twitter are pretty horrendous.

As soon as I was told that this interview had taken place I'd decided there and then to stay off twitter for the next couple of days. I can only imagine the sort of pond life that has surfaced this morning.

It was in the article on SSN

Seppala says the deal Wasps wanted for Coventry to remain at the Ricoh Arena was unreasonable, explaining: "We signed an agreement with Wasps that we would not litigate against them over the sale of the Ricoh. We agreed to terms.

"But then when they came back, they wanted us to sign something that wasn't feasible. Not just SISU, but the football club as well, underwriting damages and costs that they might incur.

"It basically stripped the football club of its right to pursue anything. There was no chance we were going to jeopardise the football club, so it wouldn't have the ability to exercise its own liberties."

It's not SISU's money that's lost, it's investors.

This is what the local press should be putting to the council / Wasps

We signed an agreement with Wasps that we would not litigate against them over the sale of the Ricoh. We agreed to terms.
