Dont know exact figures but hes hit the post and or crossbar on more than one occasion direct from corners.

Rose attacks his corners well think hes got a couple and hes hit the post from one his corners too.

He did score 4 in 30 for Oxford though, so clearly capable.

It’s not a dangerous area is it? Saturday was the first time we’ve scored and it was a major goalkeeping error.

I'm not sure he's actually "shooting" is he? Just putting it in a really dangerous area. Id be interested to know how many hamer corners this season have been parried/ punched by the opposition keeper. I do feel with the technical ability that Hamer has, we should be doing better on these kinds of set play though

This seems a legit tactic that has become more prevalent this season, I'm sure I've seen 3/4 goals direct from corners this season in the prem/championship. Hamers corners aimed under the bar cause havoc, a goal has been inevitable from this IMO

IMO with Hamers accuracy it is a dangerous area if we load it with our big lads the attention is drawn there and leave the rest of the goal more exposed.

It's a mixture of:

- delivery is poor
- we only have Fadz who can actually attack a cross.

It’s a shame he couldn’t use his accuracy to beat the wall from the free kick on the edge of the area.
