That is the problem. Sometimes you can see more with your ears and a mind of your own than your eyes. Yes SISU were to blame then. But you can't blame them for everything since. If that was the case SISU wouldn't be to blame for anything as it would all be the fault of Richardson.

You can if the group have now decided that working with SISU is untenable because of the actions of SISU. So as they warned quite a while ago they would make tough decisions for the best interests of the city as a whole unless SISU took some positive action before the turn of the year.

"the group have decided", I think that pretty much sums it up doesn't it?

The group as in the people named in this thread.
However you still haven't said what you think their aim is?

I have no idea what they are trying to do, I can tell you what they are doing though which is damaging CCFC in the crossfire. You know the organisations for sport in coventry etc, the local council.

Yep, a number of the parties involved have stated their intentions and moved them forward.

SISU have stated CCFC are moving in a different direction, well actually directions - the Butts, or out of town site or stay at Ricoh are the most recent plan(s) aren't they?

People then berate the other parties for trying to kill the club!

Yes, because it isn't just people going about their business. It is the clauses, the attempting to block things etc. It is quite clear it is more than just going about their own business isn't it?

Another red carpet being rolled out by wasps forum members as we speak.

whilst I am all for making things transparent all these links and such were hardly shadowy - you just had to look its all on public record, the majority is filed at Companies House and can be accessed by anyone for free, https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/

Bottom line is we still need a solution and from what I can see we are moving further away from any hope of that daily - battering people in the papers from either side does not help
(a) save the academy
(b) move our club forward

That is simply down Les Reids journalistic style, he writes very censorious, critical and unbalanced articles.
I'd have some time for him if he was in the least bit even handed, but I think that's too much to ask for.

You have to wonder if he's paid by the word taking into account the length of some of his articles.

This one for example boils down to him spouting his opinion and having not found anything untoward is submitting some FOIs.

Hardly the pinnacle of investigative journalism.

Also, the first person to make a reference to Gilbert or Cov Telegraph in reply to this comment loses 50 Internet points ;)
