Steven Moffat said the answer was obvious though so i'm not to sure on any of them....cant wait to find out though!

I'm convinced that Moriarty isn't dead.

What if the "Graham Norton" guy, really was an actor playing Moriarty, possibly dying and promised a lot of money for his family if he played the part then killed himself?

Was a bit of a theme throughout both series of Moriarty doing that.
