whats the point of apologising for an injustice to coventry on a Wednesday forum?...I did it because it makes me feel better and to show fans of your club all Wednesday fans aren't like the moron at Hillsborough, if you don't want to accept it in the manner its meant, fair enough, I ain't got a problem, I've simply done what I thought was right, and I feel better for itthen go and talk about it on his forum with his fans, like you say he owes nobody an apology and nobody assumes it’s his fault so why bother?
and you could’ve left my post without commenting - yet you felt the need to? Perhaps it’s affected me badly? how do you know?
It’s just been posted here though, however I feel, or this particular Wednesday fan, is insignificant compared to KP and his family.
We ALL need to do whatever we can to call it out, and stamp it out - staying silent or thinking it’s ok because other people are dealing with it isn’t good enough I’m afraid.
I’m done with replying to you anyway now, I don’t want to detract from the issue and I’m not getting into an argument unnecessarily
Photos are part of pre match briefings for police and stewards. There are dedicated police officers around well known football Hooligans who go to home and away matches.
There can be court orders with a requirement to report to police stations and surrender their passports in advance of international matches.
FBO are imposed by a court. So any breaches are in breach of a court order, so it normally means you go to prison.

I will be wearing my 2 Tone kit !

Somebody I know VERY well, had to present themselves to Little Park Street nick every Saturday at 3.00PM after the Portsmouth shenanigans in 2001.I guess if it's anything like the films you have to go and present yourself at a police station at 3pm on a Saturday. I think that might have been a couple of films about Italian hooliganism I watched though.
Anyone know how a ban from football works logistically? Do they actually get upheld in a practical sense?

Yea I'm ok...thanks for asking,..It makes me feel better, you might think that trite or selfish, but I care about how the club I've followed 60 odd years looks like, as for "reputations"...There are very few clubs of any size that are whiter than white mate....simply because of the numbers that follow themwhat’s the point of apologising on here either - oh sorry you’ve said, it’s to make you feel better
as long as you’re ok
by the way, as I’ve said it wasn’t one ‘moron’ it was many….
I think we all realise that most of your fans aren’t like that, and it’s a shame you could gain a reputation worse than that you may already have for having a problem with racism - let’s leave it at that shall we
ignore him mate - if it was the other way round I would feel exactly the same urge to apologise even though you personally have absolutely nothing to apologise for.Yea I'm ok...thanks for asking,..It makes me feel better, you might think that trite or selfish, but I care about how the club I've followed 60 odd years looks like, as for "reputations"...There are very few clubs of any size that are whiter than white mate....simply because of the numbers that follow them
but yep...i'm happy to leave it at that.
You lads have done wonders to sell out Friday mate....Kops closed I'll be in The South, theres no interest in the F.A cup, its all about survival up here at the minute...I hope it goes well on Friday, but I ain't holding my breath, be glad when its overignore him mate - if it was the other way round I would feel exactly the same urge to apologise even though you personally have absolutely nothing to apologise for.
I just hope nothing escalates and ends up worst on Friday, although i imagine its highly unlikely it will.
Ban me then mate...If it concerns my club, I'll say my piece...if not you won't hear a peepYou've apologised, no real need for you to be here now.
Sorry but this "matey football family" palaver is horrible.
I am mate...ive got a laptop that can do both at the same time....I also understand the phrase "Leave it at that" ..you seem to have an inordinate habit of not being able to do that.... you dimwit…it’s all part of his healing process, don’t forget that!
even though surely concerning your club should be on your own forum you drip

Doesn't seem to have worked that Harry Potter...I'm still here apparentlyright back at you - now off you fuck
I agreed with and liked your first post, thanks for that and we know most fans are decent. However I travel home and away and I've never heard us or anyone else ever sing 'Get the bastard off the pitch'
Doesn't seem to have worked that Harry Potter...I'm still here apparently
Yeah I watch is home and away and have never heard it. Not even sure what it’s supposed to mean. Red card?
right back at you - now off you fuck
you could take it many ways, particularly given what happened, but I’d prefer to think it just meant he was winding the crowd up and so they wanted him maybe substituted? or yeah red carded - not sure what for….didn’t think being racially abused was an offence
Like if he’d just two footed their man I could kind of get it. But just seemed like general “I don’t like this guy” chanting.
No other issues bar its about the club I support, you won't find me on your matchday threads...when this one dies I'll be out of here, until then as long as I'm allowed to post ...I'll postyou clearly have a bigger issue if you only came on here to make yourself feel better and say sorry but yet you’re hanging around like a bad smell
what’s your problem? unless we’ve hit the crux where you said if it concerns your club you’ll say your piece - so you’re actually here to defend your club from the racist accusations?
It is here I've even seen it,EDL type's.Was that out fans? I thought it was international fans like in the WC. Shocking if it was ours. Did anyone get banned?
you referred to me (I assume) as an idiot, for pointing out there’s a bigger problem?
No problems with Coventry fans mate, they been through the wringer more than most, must have been a right crock of shit, no ground etc, its a testament to support that you have dragged yourselves back, I admire that hard core support when a clubs on its uppers and its dragged back by sheer passion for the club you support.Anyway mate , I like Wednesday and their fans in general sound .. big club big fanbase and both clubs been through the ringer ..
Cov and Wednesday fans have usually got on well , we were united in the grief of the supporters who died on their way back from our match almost 20 years ago ..
You don't have to apologise for the behaviour of a few knobheads , most people know its a minority, we all have them .
All the best
"GB News joined the chat"
It's people talking about how they might best support one of our players that had to deal with racist abuse while he was doing his job. Throwing that phrase around might get you some Likes on FB but I'm hoping people on here will just tell you to get f*cked.
I would hope it's common sense that all fans know it's only a minority of supporters of all clubs that think it's okay to go down the route of obscene chanting and racism towards players. Coventry City are no different . Not that long ago I attended an away match at Notts County . Can't remember if it was league 1 or 2 ( for Cov fans we lost 2-1 and Ponticelli scored for us late on ). A group of about 6 City fans in their 20s near me were shouting abuse and using the "n" word throughout the match towards County players . Utterly disgusting. We were near the front. The players would have heard it.No problems with Coventry fans mate, they been through the wringer more than most, must have been a right crock of shit, no ground etc, its a testament to support that you have dragged yourselves back, I admire that hard core support when a clubs on its uppers and its dragged back by sheer passion for the club you support.
Wednesday are no different, 2 decades of crap and fans still turning up, its what you do.
I simply came on here to try and say ALL Wednesday fans shouldn't be judged by the odd moron that follows them...Seems some see me as defending racism, If that was the case...I would be nowhere near your forum at the minute, nor would I be able to formulate an argument for those sort of actions, cos there isn't one
