no it wouldn’t, and genuine question @MalcSB and @Littlewood CCFC - I haven’t heard anything but given the assumption Lampard would’ve taken the job on the guarantee of funds and the ability to add to the team (might not be true, but I can’t imagine it isn’t) it’s a bit of a worry if it’s now the case there are no pennies in the pot to do so…..

no, as I’m pretty sure I didn’t say ‘there is conflict between DK and Frank’ - I asked the question based on the suggestion there is now no money available whereas a couple of weeks ago there apparently was which, if true, would frustrate me if I were in Frank’s shoes and faced with the current situation

fair point, and genuine answer, possibly yes, but I wasn’t asking about what funds were available (even though the suggestion was there were funds and now there aren’t), or what financial backing was promised or otherwise

my question was whether there were any suggestions of friction

I knew there were issues between DK and MR, and in fact suggested on here as much a day or so before Robins went, so on that basis I do believe there would be people who know or hear of any disagreements etc.

To be clear I haven’t, and don’t profess to have heard anything, merely asking the question based on the information posted

I think FL.wanted a job to get him back into football at a decent level because like Rooney of he doesn't do a good job I doubt if he will get a another job as a coach.
